WHY AM I ONLY FINDING OUT ABOUT THIS MOD NOW??? i need this
i just saw this video, congrats on 261 subs
Do you remember what version of Minecraft you were using?
This video is kinda old, but how do I obtain the Astro’s Anelace sword in the mod? I literally cannot find anything on it.
Would love timestamps
May a ask one question: How does the ender disc work? I know that this video is for spells, but the ender disc is also for tier 5 and i also havent found a video explaining how to use it, so im stuck. If you know how please reply!
Okay i scrolled through your videos and found one explaining how to use it, thanks for making it😅!
this was very useful! i was wondering how pack worked because my friend said it fills up holes in the ground but i couldnt get it to work so thank you!!
Glad to help out!
Does mind control or possession work on other players?
No, from what I remember they don’t.
the three interlocking diamonds, is a Marewill flower. Is is named after Kelsier's wife, and is the symbol of the Ghostbloods.
They are also lead by Kelsier.
Thanks for the clarification!
I think Hex casting is just AonDor.
That was the intent, yeah.
this is awesome, how can I play this! Also, have you given thought to feruchemy?
If you find my comment, I’ve got the link to the download in that. I have also done a video showcasing Feruchemy, and that mod was made to work with this one! There is also a Hemalurgy video too, which requires both of those mods to work.
How do I get more than 1000 eldrin power? for example the undead chestplate needs 1200 eldrin power to be crafted at the eldrin alter.
The recipe doesn’t require you to have all of the Eldrin Energy before you begin the crafting process. So long as you are recharging the energy supply and it eventually gets 1200 energy in total, the recipe will succeed. In other words, your supply should be good if you’ve got a single wellspring, it just will take longer than most recipes to create as you’ll have to wait for the extra 200 energy to be generated.
@@jeb_the_gamer ok cool that was my theory but I only started using the mod a few weeks ago and reached tier 5 a few days ago so I needed some confirmation on it. thank you
@@zjterrablade Glad to help! Feel free to comment if you need any other tips.
yo, how did your fling has feather falling?? i wanted to know thx
Books of Rote allow you to combine spell effects. The book I have has both feather falling and fling in the same spell, resulting in me being able to benefit from both effects at once. You can also do the same for damage spells etc, but the complexity limitations apply, and the more effects you have increases the mana cost.
Your dad is cool
He is! I'm proud to be his son.
how get tier?
You get the first tier after right clicking when you're holding a Codex Arcana. It'll change the time to night so you can sleep. You can get a codex arana by trading Vintuim bars with spellmonger villagers or by finding one in a structure.
How in the heck do you make Affinity table? I've been trying for days but don't know how to access my mote
I believe it would be in the book under Eldren energy. If not, it could be under the portion of the Codex where it talks about miscellaneous things you can craft such as the feather charms. I installed JEI for my recipes, so my knowledge of the book is a bit less than I should be aware of. However, if your issue is accessing the energy you’ll need to make an Eldrin Conduit and place it near the thing you’ll be using it for. However, only one lesser conduit can be active at a time unless you space them out. Hopefully this helps; my default is to check the book as it may have more information than I can provide.
The control click doesn’t work for me

😂 If Mistborm had bloopers.
Just a tip: If you a levetate potion, you can COMPLETELY negate the negative rooting effect the one fist has even if they root you first. Saw you had 6 of those potions in your inventory, but good job dodging and juking those enemies at the end. Go get em next time!
So which subclass should i go with +8 runic sword and +2(and +1 that i can transfer, so +3) tier 4 armour and where should i spend my upgrade scrolls, on armour or everything that left onto runic sword?
If you're good enough at the game, +3 might be good enough for your armor, but I personally go for a balance of around +8/+7ish on my armor (plus natural upgrades, which I'm not taking into account) and weapon with a variation of like 2-3 between them; I also typically hold out for plate, but given you've picked up your armor at +2 it'll probably more or less balance out. Unless you find plate with at least one natural upgrade I'd stick to the scale mail unless you're planning on upgrading the plate beyond level 5ish; the difference between good plate and decent scale is massive. I also don't remember the exact math, so the optimal number of upgrades might vary; you can probably figure out the math if you find a set of plate and test with the seal. I assume you've just completed the Tengu, so I'd hold onto your upgrade scrolls until you get plate (tier 5 armor), unless you're further in; nothing in the caves will be a serious threat if you're playing carefully, especially if you've got a movement item of some sort (such as chains, the boots with swiftthistle, or the hourglass or consumables.) Regarding your sword, I'd upgrade it maybe one-two more times; I try to play a more 'stable' playstyle with stronger armor (6+ upgrades) as opposed to a ridiculously strong weapon (11+ upgrades). One benefit of being a warrior is that you can have shielding and more consistent enchanting as you can move it between armors, meaning that good armor is a staple of a late-game warrior, although more experienced players can get away with upgrading their weapons only; I don't play that way personally but it's more popular with challenges (especially Faith is My Armor), which I usually play without. As for your subclass, I'd go berserker; runic swords are heavy damage weapons, and they tend to be more effective with that subclass; if you kill things in a few hits the more powerful abilities for gladiator won't apply unless you're fighting large groups at once (assuming they want to get close), as opposed to rage which you can reliably maintain between combats by having lower health, which you usually should have with rationing. If you want to go gladiator, perhaps consider holding onto the mask until you find a ring of furor and invest a few levels into it; with gladiator attack speed matters a lot more than the slight damage increase you'd get. The abilities at that point would be somewhat worth it, but in my experience you'll only really feel it during a boss fight, while Berserker will have benefits you'll feel more so throughout the game. If you don't find the ring, you might be able to make it work, but I'd personally just go berserker by the end of the caves if you haven't found the ring. Given you've asked me for help, I'll also assume this is your first run getting this far, so if you want I could provide minor tips for when you get further, but it will somewhat spoil the experience of exploring the game. The short of it... I personally go berserker every time unless I have a speedy weapon such as a gauntlet, but especially if I have a heavy damage weapon such as a runic sword or greataxe. For upgrades how you spread them out can vary greatly depending on your experience in the game, but holding back your scrolls for when you can potentially find better gear might be wise; although a few more for the sword in the short term won't hurt. But just to be clear, this is my opinion and I'm hardly an expert on the game; people play differently than I do and can be very successful with their variety of playstyles, although I have found how I play to be fairly consistent and not super reliant upon consumables, rings, or wands, although they are nice tools to have access to. As you play more and hit your stride, you'll likely diverge greatly from the advice I've given here and it wouldn't be wrong; I just like to play the game in a simpler way that tends to win when I put my head to it; most of my deaths have been due to distraction, a simple mistake that I hadn't noticed, or particularly bad luck. As you get better, you'll have your own strategies and habits too, and your playing experience will be better for it. Just remember this; you never lose progress in Pixel Dungeon if you've learnt from your previous run, even if your gear and in-game experience may say otherwise.
@@jeb_the_gamer thanks, I'm not very good and I've selected berserker (I'm just almost haven't played warrior, when I've played mage a lot, so I've tried to play warrior), I'm died like 2 floors before dwarf king because I'm run out of resources and healing potions(I've beaten the game only once on a mage)
@@Ne_Ne_Vova_UA Yikes; it seems like that was an unfortunate turn of events. Mage is a solid class and probably my favorite due to its flexibility, (and the fact that I love magic) but you'll get the hang of other classes as you play them more. You got pretty far that time, so you'll probably get further next time! The monks are probably your biggest threat in the dwarf halls, so I'd recommend keeping your distance from them and using doors to make sure they don't gang up on you.
@@jeb_the_gamer yes, I've died because of this dark mages that canceled my upgrades for some time and monk and when i tried to go for that one healing potion that left on the 2 nd shop, but 2 fire champion dwarfs(those, that respawn) have killed me
It takes 300 eldrin power to change the affinity of a spell
Sachets are a nice way to add power using the flume now.
Thank you for this addition!
@@jeb_the_gamer no worries. Sachets didn’t exist when you made this video so… I figured it would add it. They drop from all mna mobs and the affinities kind of align so like expect air from the flying mobs like pixies and wraiths. Fire from the imps etc.
@@scottchristofersen2367 That sounds quite useful, and it adds a bit of fun to those who like building mob farms; I'll probably check that out soon if I've got time, which is not entirely likely.
So the bound sword with extended range and entangle is good
Yeah, I'd assume so. It'd take a bit of mana to keep up though, especially with damage increases. Although to be honest, most spells are that way.
@@jeb_the_gamer amulet of the battlemage eliminates the upkeep mana cost.
@@scottchristofersen2367 True! That is quite helpful then.
Yo! Just wanna say thank you for covering and explaining these, I have not personally seen anyone else do it for this mod *and* actually cover all spells, so you are the first! Due to you there is now more information about this mod so more people can see just how useful this mod is. Imo it gives me the same vibe as thaumcraft 4 back in the day, has pretty much everything, expect it does not have as much documentation
I'm glad you were able to learn from this video and enjoyed it! Thank you for your compliments!
Found your mod by looking for solutions on my own mod's capabilities and I have to say, this mod is awesome ! I loved reading BS's Mistborn series and was surprised it even inspired a mod from someone ! :D
The mod is quite cool, and I enjoy the capabilities it adds in. It's great that Mistborn has inspired mods, and I wish you best of luck with your mod! Would it also be an Allomancy mod?
@@jeb_the_gamer Absolutely not actually haha. Thanks anyway !
For those like me that just want a nice list of the powers each metal gives (theres seemingly nothing else online other than this video) Iron - pull towards iron blocks Steel - pushes from iron blocks, shoots projectiles with coin bag, push iron buttons and pull iron levers Tin - Night vision, see sounds Pewter - Strength, jump boost, speed, resistance, wield koloss blade Zinc - makes creatures hostile Brass- makes creatures passive Copper - hides the use of allomancy Bronze - see people using allomancy Aluminium - Clears all metals, clears all potion effects Duralumim - Increases the effects of other powers, steel launching you further ect Chromium - Clear metals and potion effects for other players Nicrosil - increases the effect of powers of other people Gold - Points to most recent death Electrum - shows location of spawn point (teleports you there with the use of duralimin) Cadmium - Slows nearby creatures (and self to a lesser extent) Bendalloy - increases the speed of nearby creatures, as well as the speed of nearby blocks such as furnaces and crops
Thanks for providing a list!
Additions and oversights: Levitate spell component normally needs a feather; Fey don't need it just like they don't need bonemeal. Wizard armor gives the same slow/limited flight as Levitate, but Fey armor lets you switch between elytra flight and *creative* flight, which is much faster than levitate (but obviously slower than elytra). If you hold shift while flying with the Fey armor or the Spectral Elytra, it'll stop acting like you're using a firework and act more like a normal elytra... so the game says, at least. Also I really, really thought that Undead armor was diamond and Demon armor was netherite, but I could be remembering wrong?
Thanks for the additions! I forget which one operates as which; if you check the recipe the one which functions at netherite level costs netherite armor, while the diamond one needs diamond armor. Either could make sense; Undead being netherite because everything for the Undead faction is expensive, while netherite is from the Nether.
So thankful for the Mana and Artifice videos 200th sub ;)
Thank you! This means a lot!
what does insight do?
If that is a new component, I have no idea. I haven't checked out the newer versions of the mod. If you were to provide a brief explanation of it from the book, I could certainly guess.
uhh I am not sure I tried it with projectile but it doesn't do anything and can't seem to find a way to know it does I am using it on 1.18.2@@jeb_the_gamer
@@OniJase I think you might need to try reading the book a bit more; being able to navigate it well will provide you with a lot of information and make progressing with the mod a lot easier. (You can obtain it through trading or by finding it in structures if you haven't done so already.) Also, generally speaking if a spell doesn't have an impact on other creatures try targeting it with self; it might be a buffing spell that is meant to help you. I'm sorry, but I don't remember that spell. It's been over 8 months since I've played with MNA, but the book is meant to be your ultimate guide to the mod; if the spell wasn't mentioned in the video it likely wasn't in existence when I was playing with the mod. For casting future spells, it could help to think of them as being internal and external; impacting you or others. If a spell has a positive effect, you should focus it on self or cast it on allies. If it is harmful (such as fire damage), casting it on monsters would be more beneficial. Some have no effects on enemies, while some (such as healing) can impact enemies if you make them have an external focus. I'd assume based on your description insight is a buffing spell that should be cast on yourself. Hopefully this helps, but without a book description or more details I can't do much more for you.
lol I already have the book and I am already at tier 3 just don't know what that spell does@@jeb_the_gamer
thanks for the vid!
did they change it cuz i cant find the fume things
From what I’m aware it wasn’t removed. Maybe check the book to see if it’s been renamed or changed into something else.
@@jeb_the_gamer it turns out on all the mods 6 it has an earlier version on mna and cause of that it don’t have the fume but I just downloaded all the mods 7 added in mna but I did have to take out ars something as it wouldn’t load otherwise but mna author is working on that fix but yeh all good now

What that version mod? Is to 1.16.5 or 1.18.2?
I believe this video was recorded in 1.18.2.

All of those metals are added by Allomancy.

Idk maybe im stupid but im having issues figuring out how to use heroic leap and/or shockwave.
Did you consider quickslotting the ability? Click at your targeted area for the ability. Alternatively, you can activate it manually by opening your bag, selecting the armor and then selecting the ability. I think it might fail if it’s targeted at an invalid target.
Also, Shattered PD is a complex game; don’t feel bad about not understanding parts of it. The wiki and subreddit can help out as well if you have questions that I can’t help with. Thanks for asking!
@@jeb_the_gamer Yeah I understand it better now. Realized the ability is in the armor itself. I'm still learning a lot about it even though I've had it on my phone since it's creation haha. I just don't play it alot. When I do I really enjoy it. Just completed a Berserker run and Battlemage run. Thank you.

You’re welcome!
Good job u earned a sub

What if it hits lava?
The lava gets destroyed; when the contraption reforms into blocks at the bottom any fluids in its space will be destroyed. As lava can't be picked up, it will remain at the bottom until it's in the machine's space. There could potentially be lava left over if there was a large gap of air that was four blocks thick with lava on the top layer of that space, but otherwise the lava will be destroyed as the machine goes through. The impact on the machine would be nonexistent.
I hope you guys appreciated this! What else should I work on?
Maybe an Undertale video? or if you've played it before a fan game
I’m unfamiliar with that, what’s that game?
@@jeb_the_gamer its an very old game with all the meme music . But forgot that you have to buy it.
Search undertale ost on yt
I’ll do that soon. If I’d have to buy it, likely not. I’ve got a lot of potential with Minecraft already and I’m needing to stick to one thing at some point, as it seems like my lack of focus has hurt the channel a bit. I’ll be posting my improvements to this machine next week if there’re notable enough.
Really cool i liked it
Thanks!
Levitation also makes you ignore fall damage
True. That could be helpful.
Does chain really target only similar mobs?
The description implied that much, but I think it could go either way. After further reflection, I think "similar mobs" might be referring to either the specific mob type or saying it'll only impact similar things, such as only blocks, only mobs, only passives, or only hostiles in a single casting. I might be wrong though, my testing is hardly thorough.
