Arun tried to define what could be ones own universe. The analogies and interpretation that this episode brought out are thought provoking. Thanks to both of you for the episode, which only opens our mind to an approach to create individual's universe. .

Excellent. Liked the 'feelings +fear concept ' of heart as opposed to 'staying in the comfort zone concept' of the brain. Also the 5-4-3-2-1 concept. 1)But spirituality and quantum physics state that all matter is 99% void ( but full of energy) and 1% matter. Energy and matter are interchangeable. 2) We, being the sparkle of divinity, are Co-Creators ( God is Creator) 3) Our thoughts are electric but feelings and emotions are magnetic. When we have the right combination of them through our frequency of vibration, we draw back into us, the events/ situation / matter to manifest . This is Law of Attraction as per Quantum physics.
