So... I'm having a weird problem. (right side works as intended) When I tighten the left clip on it gets looser and not tighter... The threads are not stripped and while it will get tight halfway through the tightening of the bolts it's not tight enough to prevent it from moving so I continue to tighten it and then the clip on becomes looser... I put new hardware in as well and same issue. And ...

    • @GaragePrints
      @GaragePrints Год назад

      In hindsight I wasn't particularly close, but I started to gain on the rider too quickly and to avoid contact I erroneously chopped the throttle and grabbed the from brakes. Again this is not what you're supposed to do and I know that now... and in some way I knew that then but I panicked due to inexperience. No injuries at all from this low side, but yes I have been hurt on multiple occasions.

      I don't recommend doing any thing invasive if you don't have any knowledge of electronics, but you could do a visual inspection and look for obviously broken/cut wires, burnt/unplugged connectors, dirty areas. If you feel up for it, You could also unplug and inspect every connector one by one so you don't mix them up and clean them as you go with some electronics spray and a nylon brush. Allow a few hours to dry and then see if that resolved your issue...

    It actually is super simple. What are you talking about. Put lowering links on the back 2” drop, then 1.5 in the front. Takes a half hour. Or soften the suspension based on your weight and shave the seat .5 or 1” and you don’t even have to lower it. All that “throws of geometry” stuff is wrong. @@GaragePrints hello, can I have bought triumph daytona 675, 2006. I have no speedometer (dashboard) and I can't start the bike. Can I start bike without speedometer? or not? (I have keys and everything ) but didn't have speedometer

      As far I understand it no, but if you were to be able to get the bike connected to Tune ECU and remove the need for the dash you would be able to start it without one.

    You need to get the bike lean & your body in sync your to focused on hanging offa the bike that's doing sweet fck all. I've seen harley sportster riders get bike lean than you.

      I literally just went to Ross and got one from their automotive section. Pretty sure other stores would have something like this.

    Hey, how do they compare to the supertech r? Are they more comfortable?

      I haven't used the super tech so I can't say anything about them. But these boots are amazing and I'm sure you won't be disappointed. But i have heard good things about the super techs as well.
