Where do you go park to get this view at this airport for planespotting and photography? Is it at the top of a certain parking garage?

Omni has taken over operation of the Pats' two 767-300's from Eastern Airlines after a contract dispute with Eastern and the Pats, since Omni flies a lot of military charters they've been using the one tail for just that along with a slew of other customers.

American: Boeing 777-200ER Boeing 777-200ER and Boeing 787-9 2: Phoenix (PHX)- Madrid (MAD) American, and Air Europa. 3: Phoenix (PHX)- Dublin (DUB) American, and Aer Lingus. 4: Phoenix (PHX)- Tokyo (TKO) American, ANA, and Japan Airlines Ideas to add on the routes (PHX-CDG) Add American Airlines (Boeing 777-200ER and Boeing 787-9) more aircraft’s for Air France (Airbus A350 and Airbus A380)
