Gorgeous ❤ the man giving this tour is the best from the other Chicago agents on Utube. He gets to the point and doesnt get lost in minor details like some of the other guides.

✓ Everything white gray or brown ✓ Joyless neutral paint ✓Minimalist homage to actual design ✓ Soul-sucking blandness Yep, its CRAP!!! Good LORD the masterpiece of beauty and color and detail I could create with that amount of money! But this place is like spending a year's salary on breast enhancement surgery and coming away flat-chested.

As a former lifelong Lincoln Park resident, this House is Elegant, Smartly Designed and Just Plain Gorgeous!!! Very generous and spacious! ( City lots are normally 25’ wide but this appears to be an “oversized “ lot ) Great Job for a “new” built🫶🏼👏🏻
