Nice video. We have had two of each. The Wires when we lived in NY and they has many chances to play in the snow. The two Welsh Terrier we got when we moved to Texas so they don't get as many chances but sometimes it will snow and they enjoyed it very much. Thanks for the video as three of our dogs have passed and just the last Welsh is with us.
I have a two year old bitch and she is exsctly the same,thinks she is talking to you and does as she is told when she feels ike it

When you wire fox was a puppy, what were his coat colors? I’m wandering how much it changes. Because I am looking to find puppies but I see their heads are all black, and not brown. So I don’t know if it is that it changes as they grow.
Yes. Puppies have very fluffy black hair on their heads which will gradually change to brown. I think they are the best dogs in the world but they aren't for everybody. Research the breed. They are spicy and full of life, high prey drive, can't be off leash (unless they grow up off leash in an open area and are familiar with the experience), are mischievous. But will make you laugh every day! Personality plus! But make SURE you understand the breed if you want one.

Wonderful clip. Have a 20 week old Airedale and life is sweet with her. Her first reaction to snow was so similar.
My Benny sits the same way! He’ll sit there and look so forlorn…until I say, “treat”, and then it’s like he won the lottery! Life is so much better with a Welsh Terrier!

They fight but no blood. We’re happy that they don’t really have serious fight.

Really cute, what happens when they disagree on a direction? My welshie Gus can be very stubborn when it comes to the direction of walks, One of his best buddies is a Wire Fox.
Hi sorry for late response. Usually Griff win when they disagree on direction just because Ellie is lighter then Griff he just pull Ellie 😂

He’s 26 pounds, you are right terrier are smart But Welsh terrier are stubborn, high energy loves attention and loving.

Hello! Was it a milk bone? Our welshes never ate them. But the wire foxes seemed to really like them. The welshes are very picky!!

My Airedale was named Griffin. He passed in March and I saw his apparition for the last time. It was like he was telling me I’m going to be alright and he’s watching me from the other side.
