If any other beat'em up game will have collab with Sega and RGG Studios and there will be Majima as a boss, THAT would be his theme. I feel like it was crafted for a multiphase boss battle. And as it is said in the description, the theme tries to express all the different parts of Majima's personality, so it makes even more sense.
