I would recommend buying a tds or ppm meter. It's a little stick that will tell you how many minerals are in the water. 10/15$ typical online. This meter will have you a good idea if the water is safe. Those filters can work for sure, but do not last forever..

I have a question Mini greenhouse 58 cm x 40 cm Drosera seeds 100 seeds (Mix) 1.) Should we feed them manually at some point? as the domes are closed in their seedling stage to maintain humidity, leaving no access for any insects to get in. 2._Should we open the dome every couple of days for them to get new air? 3.) I have been told that boiled and then cooled water is fine for Sundews. Can anyone confirm this? 4.) How much water does a sundew need? 5.) I wish, I just thought. catching rainwater. ?

Catching rain water is clean and good. Boiling tap water will not remove mineral. Boiled water will harm sundews due to this high mineral and salt content. I never let my sundews dry out. I make sure they are constantly moist. They can even be submerged in water for periods of time. Seedlings will benefit from feeling. I would used crushed betta fish pelets and a toothpick to feed seedlings. When they are young I start with crumbs about half the size of the drops of dew on the leaves. Feed one or two leaves on a seedling to speed up growth signifigantly.

Sphagnum moss you can cut thr live growth tips off and push the bottom into media to propigate. The cut head and thr stock with then begin growing and can be repropigated in a few months. Very easy to propigate.

    • @danfromcarniculture943

Yes. I Have seen it done. However you want to be careful about growing it in glass because the plant will try to put pups out if the roots see light. This may cause problems in a terrarium if it is translucent. This plant likes high humidity and low light so it would be great conditions otherwise.
