Thank you for this recipe! I have eczema and found out through lab work that I have a leaky gut. What healed me is staying away from foods that cause sensitivities like gluten and dairy and eatting lots of Whole Foods that are nourishing like dandelion greens, cod liver oil, flax, vegetables, farm raised meats, bone broths and other fresh greens. I completely cut out all processed foods and did infrared sauna treatments. This helped take toxic burden off my liver and help push toxins out through my sweat. All in all, it took 6 months but my arms that were once completely covered in eczema are soft and clear now. No creams just healing from within. I know how frustrating eczema can be. What is considered a "mega dose" of Vitamin C? Pre-pregnancy, I would take about 4000mg with magnesium in the morning to help with constipation. I wonder what I'm doing wrong. Soaked my einkorn, sproutable berries for 16 hours, drained, rinsed three times a day (glass jar, like you used). Been 48 hours now, no sprouts showing, just the berries. Thoughts?

Goodness this takes me back. Mom and Mrs. Rab created CSH when I was 6 and I’m still friends with everyone from the original in-person co-op. Vitaclay vs Instapot: The VitaClay’s clay insert is anti microbial. I’ve left food out overnight in the clay pot and there was no spoilage. That said the clay insert is fragile and expensive to replace. The instapot is a pressure cooker with a stainless steel insert. After cracking two clay pots, I decided to get an Insta pot. Needless to say my Vitaclay is collecting dust.

My husband’s parents were hoarders also. When they died, the family spent every weekend for three months, going through things, and cleaning things out in preparation for an estate sale. When they had the estate sale, there was still so much sellable stuff left that they had three different auctioneers going at the same time. One for things in the garage, one for household items, and one was auctioning nothing but a salt and pepper shaker collection. All three worked all day! True hoarding is no joke.

Thank you for these reviews! I would like to know how the stories in these children’s Bible compare with the stories in the real Bible. We had one Catholic children’s Bible that added a lot of extra details which were not imposible, but not actually found in the real Bible. I’m not totally opposed to the artistic liberties, but I was thinking I would prefer to introduce the Bible stories to my children in their most basic form so they can bury the truths in their hearts without the distraction of the extras, or mistakingly assuming that those extra details are part of sacred scripture, if that makes sense.

Followed the recipe but it was too sticky. Organic jojoba oil is the best oil in my opinion to blend with tallow, it’s very close to our skin’s natural sebum so it absorbs quickly and feels wonderful. The honey recipe was just too sticky for my preference.

What does Simplex F consist of?

almost 37 weeks with my 2nd and i never in once went in. my first was such stress free pregnancy and easy baby. husband thinks its because i avoided these drs. and un- necessary visits. that only cause stress and high blood pressure.

I make goat milk soap and lotion to soothe eczema . One thing about honey, know why they give the little wooden honey dippers? Metal spoons and beaters kill the healing properties in honey.
