      Thank you for the feedback. I hope the videos will be interesting to you and your customers. In the future, I may make a further one, showing the signals being acquired the software and how to set-up effective windowing to remove the post-impact force signal in particular which contributes incorrectly to the FRF.

    hello Ben, i have 170 runs that i need to export, getting in my local the same folder name for each run as in simcenter and in them all the respective channels in wav format.. i understand how i can achieve this from your video, but you probably agree that it is a very tedious task.. i have seen i can export the whole project and get an ldsf file for each run.. i am wondering if i could use matlab or another tool to loop through each ldsf and export the wavs? or is there any way at all to do the export automatically from the simcenter? eg. creating a rule of exporting to apply to each run..thank you in advance!

      Hi Imola. Thank for the question and sorry for the slow reply. It'a a good question. My, rather manual workflow is okay for a small no. of recordings only. For your scenario, I suspect the Batch Processing option in Testlab will not help. I think, however, you might investigate the Windows Automation Support option in Testlab. Hope this helps.     What exactly is meant by a "synthesized" FRF. I understand most of the data is compared to a summarized FRF in PolyMAX but still unsure what exactly is done to the data when it is synthesized.

      I think these are the FRF reconstructured using the estimated modal parameters (primarily calculated poles of the characteristics equation)
