Thanks for the vid ,informative and to the point.only negative I can see (Keeping in mind you asked for comments )you do come across as little arrogant. you can be good and think you’re good ..the truth is the truth however when it is projected outwardly from yourself towards viewers .it is the same EGO that drives the kids....to show off and say YES I can do a flip when they cannot ! .BE yourself the EGO is not who we are but it try’s very hard to control us. Some of the best advice on the backflip ive seen here in the land of RUclips. I dont see any other videos saying to thrust your hips forward and keep your head straight. Using your arms and legs to do the rotation. (not head and shoulders) Well done!
