That's exactly what happened. I spoke to Kaabo and I think had 50+ emails back and forth with Voromotors. They said "oh yah this is definitely broken" I send it in. They send it back 3 weeks later and say nothing is wrong.

@@highdesertbiker I just had an issue with Kaabo USA. Ordered the stem for the tire that is used to put air in the tire. Mine had a small tear in it. One week later and it still wasn’t shipped. Sent a few emails. Was promised it would be out in a few days. One week later, still not shipped. Two weekends in a row with no scooter. Finally found a similar replacement on Amazon. I seriously think that my next scooter will not be a Kaabo.

If you ever have to use it you will learn quickly why it is not that good of a spray. I have had to use it. In my line of work, I have had to use pepper spray many times on many different people. POM was my least favorite. The stream is the least powerful I've ever seen and the liquid is clear making it hard to aim. If they would increase the output and change the liquid color to a dark orange like most sprays, it would be perfect.

Sabre has gel in it which sticks better and sprays better. I don't think POM has gel in it's products.

​@@highdesertbiker If you ever have to use it, you're going to be unpleasantly surprised. I've used both of them. The biggest thing that I didn't like about POM and that I did not realize until I had to use it, was, #1, it puts out a way smaller/thinner stream. If it's windy at all, this pathetic stream will be diverted easily. You will also have to spray someone longer to get an actual effect on them as often times you miss their eyes, and the saving grace is if it puts out a lot of chemical, it will drop into their eyes often. It's unlikely with POM as it doesn't put much out per second like most other manufacturers. Second, the liquid is clear. It's very hard to see the stream because it's already tiny, and then add in that it's clear, and it makes it even more difficult to adjust your aim. Most other manufacturers are a darker color like almost orange, or light red making the stream easy to see. The formula of POM is good, they just need to increase the amount that comes out per second, and make the color darker so it's easier to see. You will only discover this after you have to use it. Then you won't buy it anymore. Stick with Sabre, Heatwave or Fox Labs.

im sure they both would do the job, sabre red is very popular and is trusted and consistently effective formula. sabre is 1.33 mc and pom is 1.4 and i think both 10% oc so they are very similar. i like pom canister and safety more to carry eveywhere

@@highdesertbiker I think if you turned the nut that almost scrapes the fender in a couple turns while folded then gently try and lock it again unfolded and see if it takes out the slack. the horn of the neck needs to bottom out to the frame
