      보통 업장에서는 저 초콜릿을 이용해서 다시 템퍼링 후, 새로운 봉봉쇼콜라를 만듭니다~ 개인으로 만드시는 거라면 드셔도 좋죠~🍫

      If you keep it in fridge, I recommend 2~3weeks, but for room temperature, 1week :)

      코팅도 대체하셔도 되지만 커버춰가 비싸더라도 애초에 겉에도 다크 커버춰로 했기 때문에 가나슈도 커버춰로 사용하기를 권합니다! 제가 이 때 callebaut을 썼어요
