U scumbag
Getting after it! #motivating
Wow, 120 pounds for murph is absolutely incredible. I can do a single pull up with a 60 pound vest added, I can't imagine doing 100 pulls ups, running etc... with double the weight.
Thanks man, it certainly was heavy
Amazing as hell bro
I really wanna see the side view... form looks really off
Southerner fr at the start it looked like he was shifted a lil to one side.
Respect from Scotland.... Just came across this tonight and hope you guys are still going strong.
Every year i post this video in my box, to get people to do Murph.. this year we went from being 10 doing Murph till 38 after people saw this "Movie" (its a small box) ;)
Kowak sorry that all those people had to sit through my frenglish ;) I am honoured and this exemplifies precisely what we hoped would happen when we made this video. If it could motivate or inspire even one person, our job here was done. Thank you very much for your support.
This is so inspirational!
Awesome video Seb!
My respet...
gotta love those bs crossfit pullups. Your honoring a seal do it with damn good form next time
try 170lbs on your person while getting shot at. Stress!

That box jump at the start is insane!!

wow, thank you for the inspiration. I am doing the Murphy challenge 2016 on may 30. This is the first time that I ll be doing this work out and I am planning to do it with the 20lb vest!, I am working on my pull ups. Your video got my very inspired and excited to do this work out! Thank you!
"Murph"
I lift and I spend my time doing what I can for my country, I am not a CF type but I respect the hell out your dedication and your motivation, stay strong, press on, and know as long as the heroes have people like you and me they will never be forgotten!! Do work!!
That was amazing!!! I got tired just watching the workout. Great teamwork guys! Outstanding performance!
mind blowing! amazing feat of awesomeness. thanks for supporting usa!
That is one gnarly dude.
respect
this was awesome .. but one question.. aint murph doing the whole 100pullups, and then go to 200pushups, and then do the 300squats ? I have seen this and a couple of clips doing like a "chipper" murph with a set of rounds instead (still a total of 600reps)??
Thanks for your feedback and as for your question, Murph was designed to be broken down as you see fit ... Not breaking it down is another way to challenged yourself and depending who you are and how you train it could be harder or easier. I've ran this workout so many times I always switch things around to mix it up. Constantly varied, it should be !!!

Sebastien Lavoie aha I see,, thanks for your answer. Im planing my first murph this weekend maby :)
The dude attempts something crazy on behalf something he believes in, showing principles. He doesn't just explain his motivations but absolutely pulls it off. You really think he shouldn't be admired? Shouldn't this inspire you? If you don't then I'm sure you have no idea what "personal development" means. This is an ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE ACCOMPLISHMENT and outstanding example of how to pay tribute. If you don't know how respect is shown, look this through from end to end. I applaude this Affiliate and these athletes. I feel fortunate to have found and seen this video. You are true Elite!
Good stuff
and these guys aren't even American good job! shows heart. big fucking heart
Any possibility to share the score used here? That cello at 30:28 mark especially. Thanks!
B.I.A - R.I.P
Don't know if youll see this. But this was truly awesome. I appreciate the Video. I will attempt a timed run tomorrow and this really gave me motivation.
Much Respect. Thank you for sharing this video
Looks like great group of people getting together to train hard and push the limits ...whats not to love about this? ! Thumbs up from Toronto !
Phenomenal...absolutely phenomenol!
From now on. I'm going to push every workout. Work until I fall dead... Study till I fall asleep and never ever ever give up...
This video inspired me hugely...
I have to say that this truly inspired me. Thx Sheepdog Crossfit for doing your part in honoring and memorializing those fallen heroes. Please don't pay any mind to those negative comments (for which men and women like Lt Michael Murphy and etc have paid the highest sacrifice). I am a NYC Police Officer with 18 yrs on the job and a Marine who served during Operation Desert Storm and I personally thank you for what you've done. You guys are what makes the Crossfit community such a close knit group. Keep on doing what you're doing to inspire and ignite that passion for fitness! Semperfi Fi and Godspeed.
this guy is really amazing. good job
Before I answer the disrespectful comment of evov monbly let me say this: the support we have received has been overwhelming and aside from a few pre pubescent unicellular internet warriors... We've received nothing but positive feedback, people got inspired and in turns inspired us to do better and push harder. For that we thank you. Evov, first of all the lady in the hijab was referring to walk the walk in terms of pushing hard to honour those who sacrificed... Not only those we lost but those that came back and paid a hefty price for us....second, the amount of assumption that you make must be an indication that your a self absorbed, confidence lacking douchebag and your failure to pay attention to details the confirmation that you couldn't see a pink elephant if you collided with it.... Some of us, several of us have walked the walk that you speak of .... Open your eyes and you shall see
You absolute Machine! i started Crossfit Napalm in the UK 3 months ago! I did Murph after two weeks without a vest in 70 Minutes 49, I have Murph again THIS sunday, Purely inspired me to get an hour or under! Thank you!
Great response
SheepDog CrossFit RESPECT!!!!!!!!
As a track athlete this is really inspiring for me. I always feel challenged in every practice and meet, but this can take me to a new level. I love what you guys do, and I hope to take on The Murph Challenge some time this year.
Having served & currently serving in US Army I greatly appreciate the tribute that Your Box demonstrated. Your demonstrated part of our ethos "Never leave a fallen comrade," and I hope & pray that each Box will incorporate this method. So please, keep leading from the front!! I shared your video with my Box owners as we prepare do Murph, so that we'll encourage each other. This Monday will be my first time doing Murph, and after watching this video I'm amped. I accept this challenge!!
The best part was writing the names at the end... Always remember why.
A new routine to honor our heroes!! That's why it's one of my favorites!!! Well done fellas!
Intresting points
Beasts. Much respect.
Its a warrior thing an urge to push harder than before to be at war within ..war with ones own weakness ..swallowing the fire deep and letting it cleanse your soul..good job and not everyone will understand..But that kind of makes it so speacial
Really inspiring.
Inspiring video. Thank you for honoring the fallen. You are a great leader and coach.
Awesome job. I did this two days ago and it sucked. But it's all mental toughness; you got to push yourself in a way you never had pushed yourself before. I finished Murph in 53:35 with all reps and 2 miles accounted for. Amazing workout and Murph seemed like an amazing guy. Bless all of our soldiers.
Brother , thank you so much for your amazing video . I always seek motivation , and inspiration in my goal to accomplish something very important to me . You opened my eyes to so much !!!! I am truly grateful for the things you have taught me and I walk away so enlightened . Thank you !!! Oh , by the way my goal is to master Korean !!! 정말 , 대단히고맙습니다 !!! ( Truly , thank you so much !! )
I do this WOD every Memorial Day and will continue to as long as I'm able to. LT Murphy is a hero along with everyone involves in ORW. It's awesome to see how The Crossfit community honors our fallen heros
