Glad you had a great time <3 Thanks for coming to Penang.
Hello boss, congratulations on your retirement! Glad you enjoyed Malaysia, looking forward to seeing more of your South East Asia vlogs!
@@Ken_Loke good to hear from you. I couldn't cope once you left so had to retire! Enjoying everywhere so far, although southern Thai islands a bit rainy. Hope all is well with you and your new job. Keep watching the vlogs.....I think they are slowly getting better???
Hope that you guys have had a good time and a pleasant stay in Langkawi.
@@Yasin_Affandi we spent nine days there which we have worked out is the longest we have stayed in any one town on holiday since we got together over 14 years ago, and we have done a fair amount of travelling in that time! So yes we did have a good time in Langkawi!!
@HelloWorld-cj That sounds lovely. Have a good week ahead of you. 😁
You can also explore the other side of the island, Balik Pulau.
@@choongching we did explore that part of the island too. That is where there is a great view with the Chinese writing in the video. We went to a couple of beaches there too.
A secular beauty of a bygone colonial past.
Hello Welcome to Malaysia. That abandoned hotel is finally under renovation ... Becoming an InterContinental.
if you have time, there's a lovely easy riding path from Air Hitam dam through the forest to Balik Pulau, some fantastic views to the west cost. You can stop in Balik Pulau for their famous Asam Laksa. There's another nice ride down to Pantai Pasir where you can stay off the road and get some nice paddy field views. I know not Penang food, but if you like Austrian food, try Christophs on Lorong Stewart, really nice place, he used to be the F&B manager for E&O hotel
Yes, that is the ideal amount of tourists I want to see when I head for retirement there soon.
@@vwchan841 I hope you enjoy your retirement there (it would be hard not to!)
Where are all the people? Looks lovely X
@@JanineSmith-t7q you have the beaches pretty much to yourself if you don't go to the main ones, and it is quiet around the old town, with mainly just tourists wandering around!
Welcome to KL, Malaysia. Hope that you guys have had a good time and a pleasant stay.
@@Yasin_Affandi thanks, we had a lovely stay in KL
@HelloWorld-cj Wonderful. 😀
at 1:06 those two rivers are Sungai Gombak and Sungai Klang and that is how Kuala Lumpur gets its' name, which means muddy confluence ..
Welcome, hope you enjoy your stay here. Be safe n have fun
Well, hello there. This country is best enjoyed by hawker food, buses, and metro travel.
Brings back a lot of memories for me. I loved Singapore 🇸🇬 Do they still have the Light and music show in the Gardens By The Bay? They ran it twice. You go to the gardens to watch it then catch a bus to Marina Bay Sands and watch again from the top of the motel. It was amazing!
@@colleenmckee6471 I am not sure, at least we never saw it, but then didn't know about it so might have not been there at the right moment
Light and music show are still active at Gardens by the Bay for sure. Come visit any time!! There are two timing slots for it in the evening..but from end of Nov to Jan, we have 1 more timing slot after the usual ones for Festive season. 😊❤
There's a bit of misunderstanding here. We r Singaporeans n I no longer identify with Chinatown n my indian friends may not even go go little India to buy festive goodies. They r available everywhere now. I might go down to Chinatown for food if I get a craving for something but for many foods my fave isn't there but in heartland hawker centres. Or I might go to geylang serai for certain Malay foods.
💪😍 great
Very clean
Hello to my hometown ❤
@@erlemartincarvalho1733 it is a lovely town, we really enjoyed the vibe there

@@JanineSmith-t7q thanks, we are having a great time. Videos should be getting better with practice too!
Well done David, it is a gecko. Strange that we have seen them in many places over the years but not heard them until Indonesia.
Immodium
Don't like taking that when I am able to get to a toilet
Is it a frog?
Think I would guess a bird of some kind??
This is my fave yet!! Its looks like great fun if not a little scary at times!! 😮
Monkey
Monkey Chris when disagreeing after a long meeting…..

Is the noise a gecko?
Love what you do. Get something for your microphone when it is windy. 😃
Our daughter has said the same about the poor audio quality. We'll have to invest in a proper microphone. Thanks for watching
