My neighbor 2 houses down from me decided to spend around 5K on fireworks this year and he and his son put on quite a show. It lasted for almost 2 hours. I sat in my driveway and filmed about 30 minutes of it and edited it down to just a few minutes for the channel. Enjoy!!

A look and listen to a set of JBL speakers model J2050's. I bought these from a co worker and prior to the video, I have never listened to these speakers before. In the video I hook them up and have a quick listen to them. These will eventually become my office speakers.

A before and after look at a pair of Sony SS U 4030 speakers that needed a re-foam badly. Thanks to my coworker Dan who did a awesome job doing the re-foam for me. I do not test them in the video but I have played them since the video and they sound very good!

Not sure if u will see this comment or not but I have this stereo and trying to find out how many watts per channel it is you mentioned 20-30 do u think that’s definitely what it has ? Trying to match some speakers to it. Thank
If I were to guess this system has maybe 15 watts per channel. Not powerful by any means. Any speakers that handle 30 watts or more should work just fine with this unit.
I know how to remove the tapes. I have the same issue. Mines being even more weird.
Keep in mind that if you have an ordinary amp your speakers will sound ordinary...

@AudioElectronics Thanks! I loved the look of this stereo back in 1983 when 12 year old me saw it a catalog. My parents bought it for me as a birthday/Christmas gift that year.
I have the same model - the standby light turns on but it will not power on. Any ideas?
My guess would be a bad power switch or bad relay on the power board. Other than that I don't know.
I have same PC... 16GB RAM added and it meets the minimum criteria to install Windows 10. Would the drivers work if I install it?
It should be ok. I have a computer 3 years older than the one in the video and it runs Windows 10 pretty well.
What was the point of that video, I'm lost apparently, I mean it showed what it looked like and that if you push the power button the green light comes on I mean 🦧
@nickwilliamssr5732 Well I was sick and I got bored and made this video. I didn't have a voice so I tried to do just a visual video instead of my normal talk through videos and I realized that I'm better at my talk throughs.

@tmrjm1105 It's going to be a small stereo for a shelf in my upcoming office. I thought it would fit nice and be small enough to use. I get tired of listening to the Bluetooth speakers.
Bro I still have mine since 2002 and still going strong. The receiver is awesome. It’s a 7.2 channel! Yamaha is a good brand. I have no complaints!

I never did a part 2 on that deck. I never could find the correct belts for it.

I couldn't find the exact belts for this player, so I ended up ordering a kit with different size belts from Amazon and just tried to match them up the best I could.

It was made in March of 1988.
SW-60 DX-66 all similar platform. My SW-60's are fairly sensitive. Slight drift especially with the dial cord tuning.

the timer switch i believe is for if you had this hooked up to a radio reciever and external timer and could set it to record radio shows for later playback while you were out or away from your home stereo
How much ram can i install?
I believe it's upgradable to 16 GB of RAM.
Bought mine new 22 years ago. Works very well hooked up with subwoofer and 5 surround sound Yamaha speakers. Excellent audio quality for movies.
I just picked up a ddv 9000 at an estate sale today and i can copy vhs with the macrovision no issues.
I same one from my old days and it still work like a charm, It's how take takecare it. Both VHR & DVD work 100% and still looks new from day I brought years ago.
I have one the CD player doesnt work its a common problem

My uncle, who worked at Soundesign (quality control) in New York, gave me one as a gift when I was a kid, in December 1985. It was a mid-range set for around $250.00 dollars, some $600.00 today. It wasn't that powerful, but good sound definition. It made good radio to cassette recordings, for which it had a rec. level control. It also had an 8-track player. It had a separate turntable that came out, when you opened the door to the front.

This car looks very similar to the one Specialty Motor Cars had with trunk lid luggage rack and opera lights. I believe that one had 46K miles on it. If you ever want to sell this car, please contact me. I believe this is the Cartier Roadster
It is the same car and it was the Cartier Roadster. I sold it to Anthony of Specialty Motor Cars back in March of 2020. I never drove the car much and I wanted to give someone else a chance to enjoy it. I knew that Anthony would find a great home for it.
@@KLM817 Eventually I will track down the owner and pursue this car. It is exactly what I'm looking for. I have a 1997 Signature which had 68K original miles on it. It now has 112K. Love it, but I want this car
