I kinda wanna see a balatro themed D&D session where instead of classes you choose a deck and you adventure to pick up party members (jokers) along the way, talk to these mysterious figures (the tarot cards), harness the power of planets, manipulate reality with the spectral cards and face the blinds (I guess you could either abandon dice and go for cards or figure out how to translate the numbers into accurate hands(I don't play D&D so I don't know if this would work but it just sounds really cool)) (this was originally a reply but I kinda wanted to share it as an actual comment as well)

fight against jimbo: extra extra large blind, you play against jimbo, first one to defeat the blind wins. shop every four rounds for both you and jimbo. replaces ante 8 blind if you score 30% more then the previous blind's total. (if that's not hard enough you need to have sold jimbo joker at least twice, selling jimbo more then twice and then entering the boss adds random boss debuffs for each time you sold him. or replace jimbo with legendary joker and twice with once)
