I’m super high on Erasmus as a player, I’m just worried for him at Fremantle. He is not much different in terms of build (and thus role) from Serong and Brayshaw. Matt Johnson is a bruising mid that is basically a replacement for Fyfe. I would imagine he is more likely to get cbs than Erasmus. Shai probably plays mainly forward but when freo are going balls to the wall I imagine he gets thrown in the middle as well. Not enough for me to consider but no doubt he has the potential in him

I don't mind the English pick. But he's not a genuine captain choice imo and with a lot of the comp going Xerri/Marshall as captain, I'd be worried that you'll lose 15-20 points each week on those teams with them as captain.

Thanks for this video. Draft leagues are so few and far between here it's hard to get a gauge on what a good mock draft looks like. I'm starting a league but now sure what a fair number of players on field is. For a league of 8 would you suggest 2 def, 3 mid, 1 ruck, 2 fwd and a bench spot each. I want to encourage swapping or trading.

Oliver was fat, played with a fratured thumb for most of the season, didn't have an AFL standard preseason (trained away from the group), couldn't tackle because of the thumb, couldn't run two ways because he wasn't fit, and hurt his knee later in the year. Yet you say you can't work out why he played poorly ?
