Hi, I stumbled on your video and enjoyed the honesty of the recording...poor shots, putts etc. (including facial expressions) along with the good shots. Couldn't help noticing how often you under-clubbed and came up at least a club short, especially during the rain and afterwards - reminds me of me 🙂. For some reason this really hits home and I hope I take this lesson from you and play enough club when I go there again in My 2025. Thanks for a great video.🤜

Best greens I've ever played at Goring. We went round following a biblical downpour in Sept and the course and greens were still pristine. One of my favourite courses Great content, keep it coming!

Tough little course that grabs ya attention on every shot...just beat you up and maybe your review of the course reflected that..Not top level but very decent.

You did well, getting up the hill only 3 over is a good effort. Hole 14 catches everyone out first time they play it. In the summer when it is dry, you can easily 4 putt it. It’s been thinned out a lot tree wise from when I was a member there.

One piece of advice I would say it stick to one shot shape, especially round here. I know there’s lots of dog legs but if you can hit one shot shape and trust it and have it consistent you can still shoot under par round here as I’ve done many times

Great fun. I went there with my son on a similar deal 18 months ago. Blisteringly hot, but a similar result. Once you start to go wayward it equals big trouble. A fantastic experience and thank you so much for helping me relive it.

Girlfriends stepdads a member here, video does do it justice how tricky of a course it is. You need some big drives and most shots on the fairway will be off a slope. Lovely course though and great all year round

Poles are markers so you can get an idea of where your ball goes in the heather. I used to be an Artisan member at Westhill. I'm now at Woking. Good golf mate.
