@@SquirrellyResell How are they "ripping off the public", prices are rising at Goodwill because of resellers like yourself who are the ones taking advantage of public donations for your own profit, driving up prices. You can complain all you want about Goodwill CEO's but people who donate to Goodwill do so knowing that a reasonable profit will be made off in order to help people, regardless of that percentage of profit that is, resellers like yourself are doing it in order to profit themselves and NOT what donations are intended for....but you already know that regardless of whether you want to admit or not.

I go to Goodwill in Thrift as well and resell but to be honest I wish that people would quit donating to Goodwill like someone else on here said the CEOs are the only ones lining their pockets in their lining them well

There's a CEO for each region of Goodwills. The one for my region of Maryland has way higher prices than the region in the neighboring state of Delaware. Once in a while I'll check out mine, but shop in Delaware mostly! Delaware is tax free, so that's a plus also!

They are becoming the new dollar stores. Discontinued crap from China. Walk in and walk out without finding one thing to purchase. They are becoming a waste of time. I do not shop at dollar stores, either. Everything coming from China packed with formaldehyde.

@@CamsFinds you know I pass by there a couple times a week but I’ve never stopped. I have been to other bins stores in the area tho.

@ Friday at 9AM (when they open) is crazy, there’s usually 150-200 people in line and they have everyone walk up to a bin and then when the siren activates you can start digging, it gives everyone a decent chance at finding something good. May be worth a stop sometime if you have time just to see how you feel about it. I’d suggest just bringing only 1-2 people with you because anymore than that it’s chaotic. People put their chairs out days before to reserve their spot in line just so you know.
