Imaginaria, anyone?
See, even their first animation looks better than some of the more realistically rendered ones I've seen on RUclips from other people. The big thing is to get the physics right. So many of the ones I've seen have flying balls going way too slow, or objects that are being struck not reacting. Even with severely less rendering capability, this one almost feels more real
I love everything about this
Is that a green balloon
Who is watching this in 2024

I'm so glad that reverse image searching works
Been searching for this for a while. All I had to go on was it was a musical short on YTV in between episodes of Stickin' Around, Reboot, or censored versions of Dragon Ball and Sailor Moon. YTV is basically unknown outside of Canada, or maybe even outside of Ontario, so I didn't think I'd ever be able to find it again. I honestly don't think I've experienced true nostalgia until rewatching this almost 30 years since I last saw it. I vividly remember being absolutely mesmerized by this as a kid in the mid '90s. This, along with the music of Koji Kondo, it totally explains why I've been a musician since the age of 12 and have a fascination with synths. I owe a lot to the creator of this. It was so heartwarming to experience it again after all of these years.
This should be shown at school .
These are wow melons!
The lead synth laser solo is one of the best solos I've ever heard either played or programmed and it is so underrated in the world of music in general.
I saw this once in elementary school, and didn't know what it was called until GoldenVCR reintroduced it to me.
epic
Gotta love those stick flips at 1:44. Pure theatre!
Those green things are my favorite!
So Wintergatan's "The Marble Machine comes to Life" video brought me here at its 10:23 mark... ^__^
1:04 hey that's the vibe from pipe dream
Oh yeah! You’re right, it is! Except this one is a lot thinner in the bars
Very Similar To Animusic.
Made by the same person who ran animsuic
What the pipe dream xylophone doin¿?¿??¿?¿¿?? (whatdedogdoinmeme)
The vibraphone sounds like something out of a 90s documentary
kind of a shame they never brought back the green things that go "WOWW"
I remember seeing this video as a teenager on the canadian channel YTV back in the early 1990s (if I recall they played shorts like this between shows) and it really struck a chord with me (ha!) I was absolutely fascinated by the graphics of the time, being better than anything I had seen at the time. Plus the song was really cool.
This one was and still is my favorite!
Melons, my beloved
A shop for fump breeding 1 like = a fump reply on which note and it’s done 500 fumps only tho
Steve Vai lasers shredding over wow onions is true art.
I need a synth bass melon in my life.
I remember seeing this on laserdisc as a kid at a home renovation expo on a big screen with big speakers. I remember stopping in my tracks and saying "wow" when the flower buds started singing. later on my dad would get a copy of the animation laserdisc. I'm pretty sure that section shaped my musical taste for the rest of my life.
I'll never feel the same sense of wonder i felt finding that ancient Imaginaria VHS tape in a library somewhere. watching it at home was a completely different experience. I have no idea where it went
As the green blobs say: wow wow wow

Saw it at school
That is so awesome
I was first saw this on a VHS tape of Amiga computer related animation shorts. Very fun! Wayne Lytle in part created Animusic based on the interest of this.
I want these Drums
Holy shit this just came back to me today. My 4th grade music teacher showed us this video, now I’m a junior in college. Time flies
