I appreciate this video! Just one small suggestion: it's not planter's fasciitis. It's plantar fasciitis. Plantar refers to the bottom of the foot. No s in plantar.
Probably thinking of Planters Peanuts. It’s all good😂❤

The fascia doesn’t come from the calf and insert into the heal. The fascia comes from the toes and inserts into the heal.

How do you do the bottom of the feet if they’re so ticklish? I tried both light and heavy but my toes are curled under from tickles. But I know it would help if I could tolerate it. Any tips?
Hi Sofia! My feet are incredibly ticklish you might see my get flinch in the video. Lol I just push harder with the blaster so that it digs deeper into the fascia and muscle and isn’t skimming along my skin. You could also try doing just a small area and switching back and forth between your feet. Let me know if any of that helps

How many days a week do you suggest doing this video?
3 to 4 times a week if your feeling good. If your sore from class take a recovery day. Every day if your feeling great.
Would this technique work on the calves of a man with hairy legs or would the prongs of the blaster get tangled?
If he uses enough oil on his legs he should be fine , the blaster should glide over it, if it’s catching I’d use even more oil. :) I use it on my husband’s calf’s .

@@pilatesoffbriargatewithlau9637 I have that foot pain and get a lot of cramps in legs and feet, but I have above my ankle a bit of, what I think are varicose veins. Can I use the fascia blaster over that area?

This class was exactly what I needed to bring me back to the basics so I can rebuild after a health problem. The movements were well taught by modeling and by verbal description. I didn't feel any pressure to try to push myself too hard for my current situation. I like how Laura gives a more challenging option at times to accommodate to my individual needs. Laura is so talented and takes this class at the perfect pace for the very beginner. Thank you for helping me heal! I highly recommend this class.
