i just came across this video, then your channel. I'm impressed because of how long you've been making videos for despite the fact that people barely comment on your videos. I may not come back here, but I hope your life has been wonderful!
Thank you. :)

Chin up, Jeff. I'm sorry about such a large breach of privacy.
You should be very proud of what you produced at the end of this video. Love it! Keep it up!
Thank you! :)
Hey Jeff, how are you doing? I just realised that you haven't posted any videos in a while and I was just wondering if you were doing okay.
Hey, I've been doing better lately, thank you. I just posted a new video.

A legend was born lmao
Loneliness takes its toll on you, that’s for sure. With your social anxiety, lack of social network, no job and unsupportive (?) family, the circumstances seem difficult to overcome. I know you’re not asking for advice, but have you considered getting professional help? As in seeing a psychologist? I think the social anxiety is at the bottom of your problems, and it has to be managed somehow for things to improve. That can be difficult to do on your own.
Thank you. I have considered therapy, but I don't have the means of transporting myself at the moment. My parents are supportive and caring for me, but it's just their religious beliefs and politics that can be difficult to deal with. Social anxiety is definitely underpinning all of my issues, and I don't think I'll be able to overcome it alone at this point.
You are being very hard on yourself here. My impression is that you're an intelligent, thoughtful and well spoken person. I'm sure there are girls out there who would love to have you in their life. Your biggest problem is your lack of self esteem. You're putting yourself down and creating problems in your mind that aren't always there. At least not to the extent you think. You talk about starting to work out to gain some muscle. I actually think one of the easiest steps to improve your situation is to start working out. Find a 3 times per week full body strength program, and join a gym. You'll start noticing small improvements within a couple of months, and feel better physically and your confidence will improve ( I am speaking from experience). Another big plus is it will get you out of the house, and around people on a regular basis. This in itself isn't going so solve all your problems, but it is a first step, and problems are best solved one step at a time.
Thank you. I know I shouldn't bring myself down so much, but there's areas I do need to improve in. I've always wanted to have an exercise regimen to improve my overall health and especially physique, but like I said in the video I'll need to be taking in twice as many calories to build muscle, and that can be difficult. I still need to figure out a diet plan to easily stay consistent with. Once the pandemic clears up, going to a public gym is definitely a great first step to be around people more.
spectralrift Actually, you only need a small calorie surplus to gain muscle. As a beginner, even eating at maintenance your body composition will change (to a point), and your posture will improve. My advice is to not be too ambitious about this. Good luck when/if you do decide to start going to a gym.💪
I really hope that you will find a girl like her soon.
Thank you, hopefully I will someday.
Must have been a bad picture. You don't look creepy.
Thank you so much for sharing this video. I have a hard time dealing with toxic gamers. It's sad because online gaming is suppose to be fun.... 😔 You have my sympathy Sir.. keep your head up, you will be alright... 👌
He remembered you said you work at Subway the same way you remembered you told him that as a joke
Congrats on turning 20 man! Now I feel old as fuck.
Go for it!
Congrats!
I can totally relate with the loneliness. Making friends has always been hard for me due to to my social anxiety. Sometimes I think that even if I get over the anxiety, I still won't make much friends because I'm too different from everyone else. I don't really have many common interests or views with people around me.
You were directly or indirectly abused or/and not pushed to the danger to force your body/mind 'grow' which translates into the display of more confidence and daring. For example, a child could see his mother abused in some form by his father or vice versa and therefore passively 'learn/adapt' to the environment by becoming passive, very silent, speak just when asked a question usually only answering yes or no. Simply, when you're alone at home, sing or yell to your heart's content, watch something funny and laugh with your lungs content.
You too man. You too. :D
Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays to you too!
The distinction between religion and insanity is sometimes hard to make
I feel for you. I really do. :(
I think you'll find your first job to be quite nerve-wracking at first, but you will undoubtedly become more comfortable and confident. I didn't really know how to speak to people before my job, so in hindsight it really helped in all areas of my social life. Good luck, dude.
Yeah, I expect it'll be quite a formative experience in regards to my social life. Thanks man.
Agreed, lot's of people mask their depression, anxiety and other mental illnesses. I hope in the future we can talk more openly about it.
hahaha I'm glad ye think its funny I didn't mean it in a bad way, it was only for a few seconds, I mustve watched your video at night and it embedded into me head when I fell asleep haha , happy birthday anyway have a good one!
Happy Birthday!
Thanks!
Happy birthday dude!!!
And don't worry about not feeling like an adult yet, I am ten years older than you and I still feel eighteen. lol!
Thanks! Yeah, I think it's different for everybody. Some people feel like an adult right when they're 18, while others still feel young in their 50's/60's.
Gongrats bro!
Thanks! It really is hard for me to believe, but I graduate in just a few days from now. I'll make a video about it once everything is over.
