The Go John Trail in the Cave Creek Regional Park, AZ
This is a 6.1 mile loop trail near Cave Creek, Arizona. Generally considered a moderately challenging route by "All Trails" app.
A fun ride with some good climbs and rewarding downhill runs. I am a 76 year old senior, so this trail can be enjoyed at a much faster pace.

    SkeyeDreamer - you seem to be an odd person to be preaching here about safety considering your youtube page shows your videos flying over and in close proximity to cars and people, including flying down the length of a table filled with people, maybe 3 feet away? I find your use of a quad copter far more dangerous and irresponsible than anything about this video.

    Never mind crashing the Quadcopter from 1000 feet.. . You better NEVER crash that mint looking 1950's Austin Healey convertible I noticed in your garage on the video.. If it fell from 1000 Feet... you can bet the crappy Lucas Electronics will never work again.. and probably neither would you... LOL. Thanks for the fun to watch video..

    That is way too much vibration for there not being a problem, Props way out of balance, I just dont know of anyway of balancing them with a square hole on both sides? anyway I just bought a tubro ace and it had alot of vibration just like yours, i was up about 60 feet when one of the props broke about a inch from the middle and half the prop stayed on, It fell from the sky just about like yours did, I see others had the same problem. look up ( tubro ace prop break ) youtube

    Prob because its flown within a radius from an airport? Theres no License or cert you need to fly an UAV esp one that weighs less than 100lb. I havent found anything..

    You stated in the video you were planning on using this for a video job. I too want to use an AUV for some commercial work but have ran into a dead end when it comes to a licence/ certification from the FAA. As I have found, any commercial work is banned even for low altitude aerial work. If someone knows something I don't then please let me know. I'm extremely anxious to get in the air.

  • @SkeyeDreamer

    i fly even more than 1000 ft... but first of all, i do it in a area where there are ZERO peaple in the 2 km2 below. and second my drone is capable of reaching that altitude without the risk to overheat controllers cousing death of motors, electronics or both.

  • @PumpJackDaddy
    @PumpJackDaddy 11 лет назад

    My advise to you, is to wear a helmet whenever you go outside and if you ever go to Arizona, make sure to keep your arms and legs in the vehicle at all times. I'm sure a person like yourself has been really down on NASA back in the shuttle days, because they gained a bunch of altitude and dropped some pretty big chunks that could have wrecked you and your cat. Be safe dude and give it a rest.

  • @SkeyeDreamer
    @SkeyeDreamer 11 лет назад

    you don't understand nothing. I would like to see what a shitting excuse would you say in front of a person injured by your quad. Thousands dollars of penality doen't worth the risk to fly so high in a aera with peaple layn' around. but clearly you don't care about this.

    Well, you are right, someone could get hurt with one of these. When this flight / crash occured, I was a very green pilot and it was the first time that I had taken the craft to a hight altitude (practice for an up-coming job) and the morning wind got the best of me. I am a photographer and not a hard core RC guy, so that is why I picked a very remote area to practice. (Glad I Did) I have since purchased a DJI F550 naza w/GPS (RTH and a good video platform). Maybe a copter for dummys, I'm OK.

    1000ft are very much... in my opinion too much to be sure that none could be hit. that's not a stupid question at all. There where cars and buildings on the video so unless you fly in the open desert you are NOT responsible enough. that's a fact. Then if you are confortable with the possiblility to hurt someone keep going like this... i don't like that.

  • @tahoeskiier
    @tahoeskiier 11 лет назад

    Why ask such a stupid question. The pilot was responsible enough to not fly in a populated area. I am sure it would have hurt to be hit by that thing. Thankfully it wasnt falling at terminal velocity. It would have been very unlikely to cause death to a person, The person would have been able to hear it also and with any common sense would have looked up when he heard the hissing. So yeah, it might hurt to be hit by that but I would rather be hit by that than a 100mph baseball.
