Thanks! I recommend to focus on being grateful for where you are currently. External factors are not something you can always control, but since it is challenging - try to change environment or distance yourself from the difficult aspects. Hope that helps

I think "Woke" started out with the right intentions but it's become corrupted into almost like a cult now.
Even on a cellular level change is a constant. Scale it up and change is still a constant. I read a book by Octavia Butler called "Parable of the Talent" and a common theme was change . The protagonist even said "God is change" closer to the end . That statement has resonated with me. Change keeps one sharp and resilient because our lives are in constant change . Trying to control is a fools errand. 🕊️

Your channel topics are wide ranging yet each one holds an incredible amount of depth if one is looking to make meaningful changes. Whether it's drinking water, using kindness, making better dietary habits or training your body in exercise these each are what will contribute to healthy mind. I think something you may want to add to these pillars would be 1). The value of positive associations (as in who are your friends/social circle)" and/or 2). The importance of good posture. The last one seems kinda left field but I believe posture correcting habits can help in a myriad of ways for healthy longevity. Keep the videos coming

Driving in Hawaii was always a challenge cue to my difficulty reading/pronouncing the street names
Until recently I never really drank much water, I’d have four cups of tea a day and probably a glass of fresh orange juice. This probably explains why I have to be been getting headaches regularly and feeling generally unwell. I’m not sure how much I should be drinking but try to consume a small bottle of water daily. Great video!👍

Good facts on where hate stems from. I myself feel that it's important to be aware of what you can do/is your responsibility and what you cannot control. It's important that we be who we would like to be regardless of the situation or what changes come about. being your authentic self should not be fluid based upon the situation

Greg here. Several of the items you mentioned on your list are specifics that ive learned in therapy help to alleviate anxiety. Proper neutron, exercise and sleep are paramount for maximizing your energy and potential. Possibly more important than your list is your awareness of what makes you happy.
Yeah first step is always being aware of what makes you happy, and also being aware of things that do not! Do more things on the list that make you feel better :)
Hey, greg here. Enjoyed your video and I very much agree that we learn off of each other. I'm in some pretty frequent therapy (several times a week, almost a year now). I agree that journaling does help, in my experience having to fully describe either events, viewpoints help me to either confirm ideas I hold, or discard them if I find I cant support them. As well it can sort of be "cleansing" for my mind. Wishing you well and looking forward to following you!

@@steviecasa I didnt realize I was sharing I think b/c ive been a flight attendant for several decades and I think im both naturally and conditioned to talking with others. As well, if the opportunity presents itself im inclined to talk with specifics as we are all on a journey and you dont know what others here.....what helps them. I know ive been helped merely by listing to others and what works/doesnt work for them.

I don’t usually. It has been reading time, because you asked - I will try out meditating and let you know how it goes :) At the gym now, good idea
10 minutes of reading and then 5 minutes of meditation went great!
