Idk Got the degree, had a job, then experience with said job, contract ended and now that I'm out of a job I'm not getting hired for the same wage anymore. You can see him achieving this in the Middle Manager Tonegawa spin off anime. It was incredibly rigged and Ichijou was really badly faking being surprised and scared that the casino is loosing. Safe to say something similar probably happened with Hyoudo initially. Kaiji is the only one who actually managed to beat it through insane planning and outsmarting the casino.
