They Didn't Believe Me/Oh, We'll Never Tell Them
I guess this time Rodney Dangerfield will get respect
And I am 100% certain that they gave Danny every penny of that money, and then some so he could go to law school instead of having to work at the lumberyard. Because you know this was never about the money. It was all about making the judge look like a giant horse's ass.
You gotta love Rodney D’s nervous twitch. It was one of his most endearing qualities.
I was at RAF Upper Heyford 89 -93 Crew Chief I was in incerlik turkey when shield broke out I crewed them at Cannon AFB crewed EF'S during the no fly zones and operation provide comfort also crewed F models as well
Was the F15E a good replacement for the F111 or could nothing replace an F111 as the WSO says in this video?
Security Police 1974 ~ 1976. RAF Upper Heyford.
worked on them in Mtn. Home and Pease AFB 80-84
There’s A Force in The Universe that MAKES Things HAPPEN - **Luke’s Proton Torpedos Shoot around corners** **Death Star EXPLODES**
❤ I can't BELIEVE you have this. I had a square plastic record with this song I got at an airshow in the late 70s early 80s. I played that thing over and over. Been singing it occasionally to myself almost my entire life. I ended up doing 20 years active duty vs the reserves though. I was watching a video and someone said Air Force Reserves and I thought I would look it up. Thank you so much for posting. 👍
🇺🇸💪👍
My girlfriends dad worked on the flightline at heyford in the 80s...I love and miss you Ann xxcxxxc
Aww
Now thats cool
Great airplane
Imagine this film being released in 2023....LOL!
Really miss that jet! I was a weapons systems specialist on the D model at Cannon, NM, and the F model at RAF Lakenheath. We took them to Saudi Arabia during Desert Shield/Storm in 1990-'91. Was a great experience, and our Wing's release rate was damn near perfect.
Jesus Ted Knight was a man chiselled out of a giant slab of comedy.
The fact Ted Knight could turn the line "Well, we're waiting" into something so funny and iconic is just further proof how brilliant he was and that he should have won an Oscar for this role.
IT'S A BIRDIE!!!!
I love that despite the rivalry throughout that ignited between the two, Tony is still encouraging Danny that he can make the winning shot.
2:54 Hey everybody we’re all gonna get laid!
a great ending
Crewed them from 90 to 91. Awesome jet when called upon. Maintenance nightmare 🤣
Have to agree, really effective weapon system but the TF30 engine was prone to many serious problems. Lakenheath 1980/83
They don’t make them how they used to
"Boots" got his call sign on a cross country flight...does anyone dare answer what happened?
To all the dummies who can't understand the ending, it goes like this , if Noonan makes the put then the game is tied. BUT ( AND THIS IS THE TWIST ) Al bets the judge DOUBLE OR NOTHING that HE MAKES THE PUT!!! GET IT The game is null and void 80 GRAND FOR JUST MAKING THE PUT. The score doesn't matter.
0:16 Well?
This movie was a direct result of "Animal House" making a fortune.
FORE!
I should've yelled 'two' 😆
“Hey everybody! We’re all gonna get laid!” If there’s a better line to end a movie on I don’t wanna hear it
My hero has always been Spaulding.
I like 3:00
Hey everybody we're all gonna get laid!
Best ending evahhhhhhh
Regular Show.
I don't understand the ending. Referee announces they are tied putting on the last hole. Doc shoots first, takes 2 to cup it. Judge goes next, sinks it in one shot. Total score +3. Then Chase goes, takes 2 shots to sink it, meaning the best the final shooter (Danny) can make is one shot. This would put the teams into a tie at +3 each. But for some reason, Danny's shot WON the match when in reality it was still a tie.... can anyone explain that or did I miss something !?
Danny was only putting to tie, but then Al gets Smails to go double or nothing on their bet on that final putt alone. So suddenly the putt to merely avoid losing the original bet became worth double the pot. What really doesn't make a ton of sense is Smails agreeing to the double or nothing bet with almost no goading from Al.
ZenZabill...Good choice
Help the judge find his checkbook 🤣🤣
2:29, “I’m fired so I’m gettin’ outta here” that must be what he is thinking
at least he didn't kill all the golfers like that Irish leprechaun wanted him to.
Think the JUDGE found his checkbook?
Yeah
After Moose and Rocco got through with him, which orifice he found it in is anyone's guess.
Says."if you miss this putt, we lose".( which means if he makes the putt, they are tied), so he sinks the putt(and they are tied) and everyone celebrates. PLEASE EXPLAIN. ANY GOLFERS???
They changed the bet to that Putt. "double or nothing eighty thousand he makes it" The actual error is that he didn't make the Putt, an explosion counts as an outside force on the ball.
I have gophers in my yard and they aren't as cute as this one...
Game of Thrones couldn't top this ending
I Know!
Game of Thrones would have awarded the tourney to Spalding, because who has a better story than him?
It couldn’t top any ending.
I don't know why. But Ty Webb standing off the side and giving a hat tip to Noonan seems so perfect.
After Ty Webb Came Marty McFly Chevy Chase Ty Webb Michael J. Fox Marty McFly Ty Webb Marty McFly
I love that scene as well. Ty was Danny's biggest ally at Bushwood and wanted to see him succeed (as he so elequently says near the end, "Me winning isn't important. You do." lol). To me, Ty is part of the new rich that Al represents, but the old rich like Smails respect him since he is a 'legacy' at the club being his father co-founded it.
RIP Harold Ramis!!
One thing worse than trying to blow a gopher away with a .30-06 is trying to blow him up with dynamite. LOL! 🤣
And failing!
1:09 First rule of show biz: always go out with a bang.
Stupid ending, golf rules says .. "When any part of the ball overhangs the lip of the hole, the player is allowed enough time to reach the hole without unreasonable delay and an additional 10 seconds to determine whether the ball is at rest. If by then the ball has not fallen into the hole, it is deemed to be at rest. If the ball subsequently falls into the hole, the player is deemed to have holed out with his last stroke, and must add a penalty stroke to his score for the hole; otherwise, there is no penalty under this Rule."
The entire cast and crew were getting blasted every night. One of the actors has said that if you remember filming caddyshack, you weren't really there. And by the end of filming they were basically just making it up as they went, letting Murray and Dangerfield do their thing. But yes, I am sure they were trying to be mindful of the official rules of golf.
Everybody hates Judge Smells. Ted Knight should have won an Oscar.
No Judge Smells should've won an Oscar on line of "Well Were Waiting!" 😂❤ Actor Ted Knight.
The ending of the movie is wrong. Noonan makes the putt which makes it a tie
Thanks--I always wondered about that--
watch video from the beginning, Rodney says "Double or nothing the kid makes it"
In the beginning, he was playing to draw even. But then Al makes a 'double or nothing' wager with Smails. So, all of the sudden, what starts out as a putt to tie turns into something else. So in the end, the only one who is out money is Smails because he accepts the side bet.
