What If Leonardo DiCaprio Played Patrick Bateman In American Psycho

What If Leonardo DiCaprio Played Patrick Bateman In American Psycho
I feel like, love or hate him, his cinematography is amazing. He knows controversy sells, goes over the top in violence, etc. - there's actually a lot of confrontation with himself, his impact and the film industry's paradoxes in Once Upon a Time in Hollywood. Personally, I separate the art from the artist just like for MJ or Kanye West, what it provokes and how you view it is your own experience, that nothing can take away from.

Good watch.
thanks for posting.
great video
He's certainly masculine, but definitely not toxic.
I don't remember anyone being upset about the Christian Bale freakout. It was just a meme ppl laughed at.
You spelled Wales wrong.
What is acting? Deception Who is the father of all lies according to the bible thumpers? The devil What is a christian? Who is bale/baal? When you see the best performances that keep you drawn in - they're not acting. They're channelling. They are mediums. The joker character is heavily designed after a fallen angel named asmodeus. He was depicted as having white skin and red lips. This is where the clown makeup originates. His colours are green and purple. This is why the joker dresses that way. The same essence can be seen in the character ozymandius from the movie Watchmen. You'll notice he wears the same shade of green. Pop culture is full of things like this and the general public have no idea what they're really worshipping Heath couldn't escape asmodeus, obviously
You deleted the previous paradox of Diddy. So, i believe we deserve 2 videos this week
Damn your Part 1 had 72x more views than this and has at least more than 10x views than every other video on your channel. Makes no sense why one video would blow up but none of the others.
I liked 'Salvation'... Terminator 1 and Salvation are my favorite Terminator movies...
The goat
Very interesting perspective and the Black actor faces a different dynamic than White counterparts. Not kissing Julia Roberts was a racist act, but one that is culturally understandable if you recognize a strong tendency that sees it's Men (and especially successful Men) as selling out and the White Woman as stealing their Men). It's a sad but true element, like the notion of "good hair" and such. But based purely on his Craft, he's the best. Denzel has played Doctor and Man holding Doctors hostage to save son (John Q.), a physically broken Detective and corrupt Cop, A Gangster of note but also a Lawyer defending AIDS litigation, The Civic leader Malcolm X. The Hurricane, The Coach if Titans and The flawed dispatcher in taking of Pelham and Unstoppable. A Civil War soldier and leader of the Magnificent 7. He has better acting range than anyone I've watched. That's a real talent.
Toxic masculinity? Christian Bale??? 🤔🤦♀️
Alfie Solomon
Henry the 5th not Henry 5 lol
I adore Tom Hardy! He is the chameleon of acting. He's the best actor out there! He can play any part, especially good at playing real people. Watch his shows and you'll see. He should have won the award for Legend, the Lawless and Bronson. Also more are excellent! I'd watch anything he's in, he's soo good! N
'Henry Five...'
He never did it cos there was no proof. Every other celebrity that has been accused, they've had proof. This video is misleading. I understand 9 minutes isnt enough but when you threaten the producer, buy Bealtes catalogue to become so wealthy. You start to have enemies..
Who?
Ketamine. SMH.
Sigma ❤ My king
At least involve some of hits actual bits here and there. Just hearing you voice it over across the whole video does not at all illustrate your points, and is boring.

This is a bad take on Bo Burnham and a paradox

Cool breakdown! keep it up :)
Is this Thug Notes?
RIGHT!?!?
Christian does his own thing never boring! That's what makes him so cool.
The paradox and contradiction that you are stating as if it was objective fact really fall flat when you realize that his work has remained relevant despite the fact that he does not pander to the social media algorithms. His last RUclips post was over 2 years ago, and it was uploaded without monetization. He does not actively tweet, post on insta or reddit. He's an artist (please God, forgive him) not an influencer.
It's not a contradiction for Bo to criticize the world we live in while also being a successful performer. Looking at interviews or even just his specials, you can see he loves performing. You say he mocks the idea of performance, but he's actually mocking what the system turns the preforming arts into: Empty commodities. He's voiced his love for performing, but to pursue it, he has to work within that system. Its unfair to blame him for that when as a preformer his hand is being forced. Just because he's successfully playing the cards he was dealt doesn’t mean he's contradictory for calling the game unfair. If anything, the best criticisms come from people trapped in that system. All this to say, he's the definition of hate the game not the player. Still a good video, also, View 318, comment 6. Hi
Cool video, I'm a Bo Burnham fan myself and I think this is something that makes him even more iconic. He's so aware of everything, especially himself. Cheers. Also, View 174, comment 5

Its pronounced Killian, not Sillian.
6:57 am I alone seeing this?
What about Locke ? One of his best performance.
'Drug abuse' is not related to toxic mascunality. It's a desease. It's an addiction and you need to watch your steps everyday of your life 'til the end.
Ya I don't think you understand what Paradox means. Being a versatile actor is just being good at your job.
Why was Jim Carrey's clip added in this video? 😂😂
Adam Sandler is so god damn bad
When he said only few actors have done it, I'd say another who comes to mind is Jim Carrey who is known for bith slap stick comedy as well as emotional rooes like in Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind. As usual, great video 👌🏾
This is great! Congrats.
Adam Sandler's Big Daddy was my first movie of him. And then I watched the others. I have a poor memory to remember the details of each of his movies but I always enjoy all of it, except his recent space-stuff movie.
When you're famous the world will bring you to your knees. Let's think about our own lives and mistakes made. Imagine all things brought into public knowledge.. We wouldn't like that right? Some celebs are in it to experience attention. Others have talent and protect their families at all costs
He's really a beautiful talented man
