Finding myself suddenly single & adrift, I purchased a Little Guy teardrop & I am looking forward to getting out and about Australia.
I should have paid attention on how to edit videos but sadly I didn’t, so apologies for the quality as I learn.

Normaville
Normanville has everything you need for a trip away... Shops, pub, beach and a decent campsite. It is beautiful and I enjoyed a quick cycle around. It was windy but did not take away from the weekend.

I have passed through Normanville many times, with several stops at the bakery. I jumped at the chance to visit for the weekend. The campsite, now a Big4 park was great and in walking distance from the beach and the surf club. There is a lovely cycle path with some great scenery. The Autumn puddle 2024 was held in Kapunda, SA A great little town, supposedly the most haunted town in Australia (or was that just SA)?! It’s a lovely little town & a well situated camp site. The autumn puddle was held in Kapunda this year. It is supposedly the most haunted town in Australia...!!! Next time I may get myself organised and do the ghost tour. The pub was walking distance from the camp site for those that wanted to get some 'steps' in around the Friday night dinner. I even got my drone out and started learning how to use... Got a long way to goi but I finally had a play...

Not sure what I was expecting for the Aldinga Airshow, I had a great day. Next year I will be prepared with my own chair instead of a hay bale and sunscreen... Must get there early, the queues for entry nearer kick off time was long.... Now for something different... A lot of fun, the Ironclad performance at the Meadows Easter Markets. The kids loved it, never realised just how blood thirsty kids are. The girls more so, as the boys pulled their punches, it was funny to watch and listen to them shouting... "to the death...". The big kids had just as much fun. When I purchased my Spinifex camp shower, it was in the middle of winter so I could not run a good test on how effective the solar shower really is. Over summer, I finally remembered to test it out! On hot days but overcast, the water is luke warm, enough that you can rinse off comfortably if required. On hold sunny days, you get your hot water.. I saw an advert online for the Crystal Castle years ago & thought if I ever make it that way I would check it out... Byron Bay was only supposed to be quick stop over but when I realised how how close it was, I spent and extra day to check it out. I would have loved to spend more time here and if I am passing via Charleville again, I will definitely ensure I leave enough time for both the night tours and the solar afternoon tour. The staff were fabulous, very friendly and chatty. I had intended to spend longer in Charleville, QLD but in the end could only stay a single night. Stayed at Cobb & Co Caravan Park. Owners were lovely and sold good coffee... A great place for a quick stop over, definitely would go back again. Sadly this also meant I could not check out the local events, definitely need to plan another visit. Like Broken Hill, my previous visit to Bourke had been a quick overnight stop before moving on. I needed a place to take a decent break, Kidman's park came recommended from a friend. I bought this shower today but I get water into the pump and doesn’t work. Did this happened to you as well?
Fortunately no, all works as expected. I will be testing again now the weather is getting better, so I will keep check to see if there are any issues.
