At 17 minutes on negative effects: Plasma donation, which takes about 25% of plasma, is done by millions of people and has been approved by FDA for decades. To answer the question about effects, maybe we just need some blood testing to assess the negative effects of donation. Agree with Irina, that talking to MDs who do off label TPE for rejuvenation will likely get a biased view as they are making a lots of money off this process. If you're interested, just start doing plasma donation (free) and spend a small amount of money tracking you blood markers (CBC, CMP, DNA damage, etc).

Not important, but I think Michael is incorrect at about 6 min mark in that most separation at donation centers is done with centrifugal process not filtration. In donation, albumin is not put back, only saline. TPE, a medical version, does replace albumin, in part because the volume of plasma taken out is much larger than donation (> 50% vs about 25%)

Irina Conboy has said in other interviews that their next step is to develop a pharmacological approach in lieu of plasmapheresis due to the damage to cells from the procedure itself. I wish you had asked her about their progress with the pharmacological approach. Thanks for doing this interview.

Could their untreated presence in the human body cause premature death or chronic negative symptoms which never go away in spite of the use of various treatments and medications (the medical industry's cash cow)? Perhaps it has been a long time since the foremost bottom line of health care was patient health. I would love to see the helpful information you could discover regarding parasitic infections.

At first I thought my IBS was a result of being exposed to the Iraqi burn pits. IBS is a common symptom of burn pit exposure. In the time since I came back from Iraq in 19’. I have had a whole host of ever increasing stressors. Covid, possible job loss hanging over my head, getting married, buying a house, starting a new job and a whole host of other challenges. Things are finally starting to calm down enough that I can try to manage these things. I have started to lash out in anger towards my wife because I went along to get along and it wasn’t resolving the conflict. Now I know it isn’t seen as healthy to lash out in anger but it was so beneficial to get the anger out instead internalizing anymore. My wife has started to make changes to address the things I was angry about. My sleep has improved, my IBS has cleared up. I am more proactive in communicating what I need instead of just going along to get along. Which has reduced the anger from building up. I learned to have a voice of my own. It isn’t perfect because the tendency is for things to continue to build up if I’m not careful. I was not happy with myself for getting angry with my wife but it was therapeutic to release that burden. Results came of it. I’m not wanting it to be my regular form of communication.

The tablets make my vision better. I wasn’t expecting that.

First of all, fine tuning in what sense? In the sense that life CAN arise in those universe? Or fine tuning in the sense that the universe was made for us humans? Because the former requires a lot of assumptions, and the latter is just false, as shown by the fact that we can’t even survive on the vast majority of our own planet, let alone most other places in the universe. Second, we don’t actually know if the universe could have any different constants than the ones we observe today. There’s no evidence to indicate or disprove that notion, but it’s a very real possibility that the current presentation of the universe we see around us is the only possible way the universe could have formed.
