    Hi Coach Tanya! Is this also for men? I did this with my mother-in-law but it was brutal! I could not even last 6 minutes and completely gave up 😟 My MIL did this full lesson twice! She have the rock hard abs in the front and rock hard obliques in the sides also. I feel really low and defeated. 😢
