I have a sewing machine with an overlock stitch, can I use that in place of a serger

When you say snappies are you saying to install snaps or just the regular ones we normally used to pin closed? Also I'm new to sewing, when you scrunched up the elastic did you just pull on it to get it to scrunch?

What kind of fleece is best for the body of this ? Idk why it feels so intimidating lol micro fleece is not as water repellent as other fleece right ?

What materials are recommended? Can you use cotton, fleece, flannel? I want to just try it out but don’t want to dish out too much $$ for hemp or bamboo right away.

These would be nice with the PUL lining and then snaps for inserts to make it a pull-up style AI2

What size do these go up to?

Is the printed fabric PUL? IF so is it tacky side to tacky side of PUL? Im new to sewing. Im tryjng to create potty pants and want to use fabric that wont wick onto clothing. Im thinking fleece around legs will be best.

I have used cloth diapers for four years now, but haven’t done much with FOE. I happen to have some on hand and I am prepping for a baby shower next week, making the mama a handful of different styles to try out. My thought is that FOE tends to wick, but so do pocket diapers generally in my experience so 🤷🏼‍♀️. What do you think?

Thank you. I would like to make my own diaper pattern for special needs kiddos. How do I go about making it? I have waist and rise measurements, but what is the ‘rule’ with making the actual size of the diaper ( I would like it like a big kid adjustable or one size) taking into consideration how the elastics and adjustable snaps change the size? I just cannot find any videos that teach how to make a pattern. Thank you!
