It's very annoying that the USB C slot is only for HX One Librarian. HX One Librarian is useless. I need a desktop editor because it's really difficult to set parameters while kneeling on the floor. Another shortcoming is that if I change the name of a preset on the device, it is not visible in HX One Librarian. Another issue is that the preset number is not displayed on the display. How do I know what number it is??? I want to assign a MIDI message to a selected preset and what? Should I count from 0 to guess what number it is? The HX One sounds great, but its operation is a nightmare. It is completely incomprehensible that a device with a USB C connector has such limited editing options.

@KaiDown Did you ever get the evertune problem resolved? If so what did it take? I just received a 7 with the same issue on the low string and neck pickup not aligned with bridge pickup😢

Does the guitar need to have the wireless feature to utilize the footswitch?

Ive had one for three months, I run it through a 5150-power amp and a 4x12, I'm a bit of a snob so I was pretty skeptical, but I figured I could send it back for a full refund if I didn't like it. It's amazing, the hype is real. Having one of these is like being a kid in a candy store. The simple fact of having so many amps that sound so great is literal guitar porn.

Hi Kai. Calling from Vancouver Island. Great video. Question. I am trying to match up my new Line 6 with my H90 for the best interaction between the two. So, is there a global setting for input volume and output volume for the Line 6? Eventually, I am going to run it in the effects loop of H90 when I can acquire the proper cables. But for now, the Line 6 is running into the H90 in stereo. Cheers

I wish I could post a picture from my phone in the comments. My pickle is different and I had one years ago and I didn't know then about the internal diodes but that's not the crazy part. The one I have now the factory settings are the complete opposite then the one in this video and every other video I've seen. AND where it says WHE-401 well mine says WHE-401S. Does anyone know anything about this. ? Cuz mine actually sounds a lil different in a good way. I like it. I love it actually but yeah anyone?

Can you choose which 3 parameters will be displayed on the main screen. Example, can I choose an overdrive to display Gain, Tone,Volume with needing to arrow over.

After spending so much time with 8 strings, I find that the music I write could comfortably be done on a 6 string baritone. I'm used to thin flubby feeling low strings, I would probably try a 72 or 74 for the low string in E. How's the dual action truss rod? Update: you’re the reason I just purchased this haha

You can get a lot of tones from yours I got one and I get a lot of sub octave fuzz and sputtering fuzz but not much else where my regular fuzz factory is kinda the opposite both are clones so I dunno

The pitch shifting issue definitely sounds like user error to me, my 6 year old Fractal AX8 has vastly superior tracking to every other product I have ever tried (Line 6 Helix, Digitech Drop, various plugins) so I can only imagine the newer algorithms in the FM3/FM9/Axe-Fx 3 are even better

Have you tried the Gretsch 29.75 Baritone? It's a metal machine too

2 guitars 100% locked in is the opposite of phase issues. It's the solution to phase issues...

2 min in and Mooer missed a big opportunity right there. They should have allowed each switch to be assigned to an effect in a patch, so it would have been like a true mini pedal board.

Really nice comparison and overview man! I really prefer the Swollen Pickle, ironically I think it does a better job into the high gain amp. Has a fuller low-mid and core midrange, I can hear a lot more of the note. Pariah lacks a lot of that articulation, I feel like I can hear the fuzz more than I can hear the note Especially for the “always on” END thing, I’d go for the Swollen Pickle Which is annoying because the Pariah would look cooler on my board
