Good to see you online again after a few days. No worries on how often you post especially if you get sick and don't feel up to it. At least you didn't catch the latest version of Norwalk (Norvovirus) that is being spread around. Holy 5 days of stomach flu misery Batman! Mt. St. Helens at both ends! Sounds like you are having more of a down time now. Unfortunately that happens with Bi-polar situations. If you look back on your earlier videos about going to the gym, freezing your butt off in the truck so you didn't wake anyone up while recording, you can see that you were in a better place. Going out to the gym, posting every couple of days. You will get back there. Stick with your routine, the gym, the walks and your other daily stuff. It is hard when you are down because you don't feel like doing anything. Just mustering the energy to get out of bed in the morning can seem overwhelming. But if you stop doing those things, you just give yourself more time to get dragged back into those dark thoughts. And the more time you spend in there with them, they will grow in intensity. You said in other videos that your vlog was to be a kind of journal that you can look back on later. So I encourage you to keep posting.
Yeah getting yourself out for the workout is a good thing. So are things like going shopping for groceries or whatever. It gets ya out of the house. Change of scenery. You are doing great with this.
I don't know if this means anything coming from a random stranger. But please don't give up on yourself. You do matter. Maybe by someone commenting on this means that you hear at least one voice out there that does care. It is hard to see it right now but you can turn things around. I know, because I have been where you are. Took time and effort to get things back on track but I did it. And the one thing I'm glad I didn't do was give up on myself...... From the video I can see you are living through a lot of crap now. Nothing is good in life. Everything is going to hell. You feel like no one understands, or cares. And you don't seem to have anyone close to you to talk to about it so you made this video. I'm not a life coach, nor am I a "self-help" type pedaling miracle cures or constantly blowing sunshine, happiness and positive affirmations up peoples butts. But I do ask that you believe in yourself. You have made it this far and you can make things better if you try. If nothing else, after having lived through all this pain, don't you think you owe it to yourself to at least try and make things better?

Nice seeing the updates from you. No worries on forgetting to record stuff. So what are you up to besides the workouts these days?

@@Marc-z1d thank you this will help
@@redcloud4157 I'm glad and more than a bit relieved to hear that. I wish I could do more to help than just comment.
