These types of puzzles are so difficult so congrats on your time! I have done 2 Van Goghs, Starry Night and Wheatfield with Cypress, and they have definitely put me off doing a third one I have sitting there...

I have done a cheap version of the New York one, which I think from memory was only 500 pieces, but they were all exactly the same cut, so false fits were common and, although I never time myself, I'm sure it took longer than most 500 piece ones. But when puzzles have the odd shape pieces, I know my brain has a lot more trouble picturing what is needed, so it makes sense to me that it too longer. But very close!

Ribbon cut with all standard shape (two-in, two-out) makes it much, much more difficult. Any plans for a recap video for the year where you talk about easiest and hardest puzzles that you completed?

Starting my 4th and last Christmas puzzle this year. Also, ordered 3 new ones online to have on hand for next year. One of these is going to be a gift to a friend next year.
