DMac is completely right about drafting QB's. The past 10 years were rough with the Broncos depending on free agents. A top first round pick is so much more advantageous. Teams trade QB's for a reason. We were lucky to get Manning. The free agent QBs are usually not top 10 and on the decline from their prime and cost is expensive. Draft a QB and get the rookie contract plus a chance of a top 10 QB
