To make the PlayStation portal better, I really think like how for premium members to do the cloud streaming I think the PlayStation portal will be better for all users to do the cloud streaming and play offline without connecting to a PlayStation 5. I say that because to be honest, I don’t think it’s fair that only premium members could play offline without connecting to a PlayStation 5 I think all users should be able to do that.

As a dad this makes it easier to game some nights I don’t feel like going the man cave to play. With the portal I can lay in bed and play after the kids are asleep

I just ordered a ps vita yesterday and waiting for it to be delivered. I heard that the ps vita was an awesome handheld, looking forward to it

You cannot play premium games catalogue on Portal without installing the game on console and streaming it via ps5. You can use the Plus catalogue to cloud game (beta) directly tho.

The first time I saw the commercial for the portal I was excited for about 20 seconds but then as the commercial went on and I read the comments they specified that you can only use it if you own a PS five At first, I was proud that Sony made such a big move because I was a big fan of the Vita. But unfortunately, because I didn’t on a PS five at the time I had to just ignore it then somewhere around Black Friday or December I saw that they did an update which was the update 4.0 which allows you to cloud stream games before I could even finish watching the commercial that information was enough for me to run to target and grab one immediately A lot of people were speaking negative on it, but I didn’t let that discourage me and I bought it in the first day. It took me a while to figure it out but then around Day number three up until now it’s been doing nothing but running smoothly and flawlessly. Fast forward to Christmas my partner buys me a PlayStation five !!! It’s amazing, but I still find myself on my portal

In fairness, since buying my portal, I haven't actually used my TV for PS5 at all. It's just a good bit of kit and frees up the TV for background noise.

I still use my vita from time to time.

It's true I play my Portal at night when I'm done playing games on my PC. I can just chill on the couch or play in bed.

How about unlocking the rest of the games, lool. You can only access the list of recently added games for the cloud streaming service. That’s only a percentage of the actual amount of games available on the service. The funny thing is all the games are unlocked via psnow on pc but it seems like the very newest games aren’t on there. While it’s everything else that’s missing on the portal. Sonic & forspoken don’t seem accessible via pc, but hundreds of extra non-portal games are available.

If I can play the games I own thru cloud I would be so happy

Just add youtube already. There's no reason for this device not to be able to play youtube.

What about a dual shock controller support and then a hdmi adapter do you could eventually play on your tv but remotely?

If I could play my own games not just the catalogue on the premium plus beta, I would definitely consider getting one. I've tried playing online multiplayer games on ps remote play, and they're just unplayable unfortunately. If they could sort that it would be a game changer for me and I'm sure lots of others 🤞 hopefully they listen to the community and make these changes

All we want is offline play that is literally all but they won’t do that because it makes sense and sony ain’t about that :(

I bought mine when it first came out, its great for me because i can finally game more. I sit next to the wife and play while she watches her shows and she feels like were spending time together.

Love my Portal. I really want the next update to be able to play your library without PS5 being on.

I would love the portal to be more full entertainment make video steam app usable, this would make it the últimamente portable enterrainment device

Streaming the ps primium is all cool but what i want is to be able to stream my own purchased games with connected to the console now that will be a game changer

Cloud is smooth on the portal I wish I could access my purchased games on the cloud end I don’t like the remote play as much as the cloud option

I play my Portal when my kids are playing my PS5. I also play when my wife wants to watch something that I don’t care about. I’m loving the Portal
