I like the idea that G-man is an inter-dimensional horror creature with a language so complex it would take until the sun burns out to decipher, so when he gets angry, he likes... True language comes out... I don't know if this happens past swearing but y'know would be funny.

He really sounded like a vortigaunt in some of em

to me, some of these lines suggest that gman may have served some kind of villain role in early development, later being scrapped. Maybe they already had the lines recorded and just didn't remove them/used them as placeholders during development. But this is all just my personal speculation.
