Zhuzhou UKO Precision Carbide CO., Ltd has been contributing to manufacture and sale kinds of tungsten carbide dies, precision tools and blanks, the main products are tungsten carbide rolls and rings, wire drawing dies, nail making tools, heading dies, carbide precision tools and etc.
Equipped with advanced level machines, such as deoxidization furnace controlled by computer, high temperature Molybdenum carbide furnace, automatic-press sintering furnace, HIP sintering furnace, slow-feeding NC wire-cut machine, precision EDM shaping machine, CNC Machining Center and quality test equipment. The workshop obtained the ISO9001-2008 quality system certificate.

The diameter of the screw will increase with increasing pressure during wire rolling
