Looks like it’s ticking and not sweeping

I have had a variety of Rolexes including Submariner, GMT, Explorer. I can tell you that the sunburst blue dial on this model datejust is by far the most special and beautiful of all dials. I even had the fluted dial variant but not even that is like this blue dial. Get it in this same configuration, smooth bezel and jubilee. It’s sporty and classy simultaneously. The narrator is absolutely right It is by far the most underrated model.

I don’t like the blue-to-black gradient on the dial of the James Cameron. That’s why I would only prefer the timeless black dial.

This is really nice but darn heavy at 230 grams. Even heavier than submariner white gold which is considered heavy. What’s with the tacky Porsche key fob …..less is more.

The case is steel, only the bezel is gold so it is still resistant to water pressure.

Spoke to an AD and they said they will call me. I don’t think there is really a wait list right? So how does someone purchase their first piece?

I just bought one of these yesterday by chance at my AD locally. They said they didn't have any Rolex to sell, as usual, then 5 minutes after I left they called me back and sold me the 2 tone Sea Dweller.

I have the same Rolex in a combination of black and gold.I don't know the exact year at the moment, but I think it's 2007 or 2017.Because it doesn't have a cyclops eye above the date display uninitiated amateurs think it is a Rolex fake but I don't have all the certificates and it is original .These watches are very rare and increasingly valuable especially for collectors.The watch works as it should without a problem.
