doesn't help if your account has been blocked by microsoft and the only option is an AI that automatic directs you to the website and hangs up on all phone numbers.

This either doesn't work anymore or isn't working for me, no chat window pops up it's just and empty screen, tried it on multiple devices and still getting nothing 👎

got my account stolen by a hacker, they stole my 8 year old Minecraft account. I just want it back man. They removed my email from my account so Microsoft can't help. I am utterly disappointed.

This is insane. I have a 15 year old Xbox account. I can’t log into my account and to speak to a representative you need to sign in to make an appointment, that’s the entire reason I’m trying to contact them. What do I do

Yesterday I literally had to lie and say that my Xbox wouldn't power on just to speak to a agent, and even then she only half solved my problem; she basically just gave me the gateway I needed to figure out the issue myself while she gave me the runaround. That was one of two issues I needed resolved. Today I'm going to try the other advice I was given; to reach someone through billing, as I've heard they are much more forthcoming in allowing human contact when they think you need to actually give them money.

I’m unable to recover my outlook account. I forgot my password but I finally found my original password but now it says my account is blocked because of too many failed login attempts. And I have no recovery information setup and no recovery phone number. I am still logged in, in my app. But I cannot reset my password because of no recovery information

I hate this company, wish I had another option. I have to rent their crap and no help desk.

I am so grateful to you. What a joy to have this video. For 2 yrs I paid for 365 Office and could not use it. Product key was on old laptop which was dead and could not be retrieved for new laptop. Unable to reach Microsoft to cancel billing or get it to work. What a nightmare. This is so unacceptable. It needs to be escalated to the Attorney General's Office. They fleece us and zero support no phone no store no office, and a website that sends you in circles. Truly offensive non-support and abuse of customers. i dont even need help with any of the products... i need help with my account so like do i just click anything and type that i need help with my microsoft account or? cuz i cant find anything that says something microsoft account its like they think ppl dont need help with their microsoft accounts...

Seems somehow microsoft got the authenticator app to clear loads of peoples settings. You cant log in, you cant get support online without logging in first with the authenticator app. You cant authenticate without first logging in and getting a qr code, but you need the authenticator to do that. If you call you first speak to an advocate, and then they pass you to the data protection team who put on hold. After an hour or two they disconnect the call. Then.... this is pure evil genius, if you try and call back the system doesn't give you any options, it just gives you a url... and hangs up!... but guess what.... the url wont let you do anything without logging in first via the authenticator app. 4 hours today on hold on 3 calls, all ended in support disconnecting me. According to the customer advocate, this is now the norm. He said "there is no way of knowing when or if they will answer. Sometimes it works, mostly it doesn't". They deliberately play terrible music, phasing white noise in and out and playing with the volume so much you have to keep adjusting the volume on your phone (ive never heard my phone so loud before today) then a few seconds later you can barely hear it. The support guys told me they'd keep track and call me back if i got disconnected, yet they didn't (though the advocate did once). The worst 5 minutes was being told to try a url, that Im already very familiar with, that also requires the authenticator app. The support guy swore blind he was passing me to someone who was ready to speak to me... put me on hold for 40 minutes and hung up. I guess if you can get away with gen-OH-side why waste money on quality...

didnt work. All that happens is an error message saying : HTTP ERROR 400. The size of the request headers is too long. And to make things worse, I can't sumbit a thread or question on the community because it says something doesnt match . Something suspicios is going on with microsoft!
