Hi I'm Amélie of Blooms by Amelie. My account used to be named The Suburban Home but I have recently started a new project from our very property: Flower Farming. I'm an interior decorator, an avid upcycler, thrifter and furniture refinishing artisan. I have a passion for finding beauty in unexpected things, places and spaces. Recently I decided to follow my passion for flower farming. Currently it's in the micro stages as learn the insanest and outs of cut flowers. I've been a gardener for many years, growing a multitude of plants for beauty and consumption.

Flower Farmer February Chores | Organizing Seeds | Winter Sowing | Sowing Seeds- Black Eyed Susans
The 2022 growing season has kicked off. In this video, I share how I organize my seed packets.
The winter sowing containers are all prepared and the seeds are enjoying their cold stratification period.
We finish off by sowing some Black Eyed Susans (Rudbeckia).

This is one of the most beautiful cottage's that I have ever seen, not cluttered, but very, very pretty, just live that green that is on your cabinets, and the blue is simply gorgeous! Not to mention the lovely rabbits you have . That wallpaper in the bedroom is just divine, such a wonderful and lovely home. I would love to see the upstairs. Even your laundry room is beautiful.

Love everything about this gorgeous ,cozy home. Blue and white is my favorite, and have been collecting for over 40 years. I would love to cook in that sweet kitchen with the hanging cooper pots, over the gorgeous black island. Its just so homey and peaceful looking. Even the laundry room beacons you to come on in! I just subscribed, and looking forward to visiting you through the coming seasons.
