I have to admit that these changes arent really that productive but the drop top menu can give you quick access to many apps and with windhawk you can also get some productive changes

I am pleased to help you. First the issue with the clock could be that the clock is not locked to its layer and therfore disapears. The colour issue is because you need to type 0,0,0 (i made a mistake) to the Overlayer are you sure you have correctly removed the background and you have Set the image to the right layer so it can be above the clock? To the Virus problem. These apps can sometimes be flagged by antiviruses but they are widely used and checked. These flags are normaly just false alarms if you downloaded it from the right place. @Unkn0wnTech Thank you the reply. I have managed to make it work. Had not cleared the picture bg previously and that is why the overlay was not working correctly. DO you might know why I get a pontesiometer bar playing up and down on my second screen when I am watching a youtube video on my main screen ?

Maybe you installed the music visulizer Effekt. This creates bars that go up an down

Well the Overlayer is a bit buggy with the layer arrangement. But you can lock the image to one layer so it cant got over the other widgets. You have to right click the image Set it to the right layer and the also in these settings there should be a Option to lock it in place

You can go into the folder where the rainmeter mods are stored this should be under Unser and the rainmeter in your files. There hust delet the droptop 4 folder

I am not sure what your issue is but if you mean the Monterey settings you can just simply close them on the Red button

Sometimes the app frezes when you try to install the mods because its blocked by the antivirus. Maybe thats the issue

You have to make sure it is set to the right layer so its not above your Icons or widgets and stuff. I have to admit thats sometimes a bit tricky to do

Thank's for your support and i have to say you are absolutely right. Many people asume that the performance must be terrible without testing it once and the just dont understand that some people just want to stay on Windows and still want some Features from other OS.

Does rainmeter work normaly and is this just a message after Start up? I have read that this is quite a complex error but rainmeter does still work. I would recomend you read through this forum: forum.rainmeter.net/viewtopic.php?t=31678 Maybe you can find help there as i have no experience with this type of issue

Depending on your ram there will be a performance drawback. I would say it will be on an level where its not a Deal breaker but you could notice it maybe. You can try with some customization and see if you like it and are willing to give up a little performance for it

Yeah the only case where you can say the speeds are similar is when your on the Desktop. If your in apps searching is way faster

I think there is a impact on battery but its rather samll because there is no live wallpaper or something like that
