Welcome to our final day of the trip! Our flight home isn’t until 7pm so we have the majority of the day to explore!✈️🥰 We grabbed some breakfast from a cafe next door to the sex museum as we were visiting it after we had eaten!☕️🍳 The sex museum was interesting for sure and definitely worth a visit, we then had a short walk to Dam square and visited the Hoxton hotel for a vintage photo booth!📸...

I really hope you sent a complaint to BA. If not, please do. They can't help the plane being changed, but not telling you, then just expecting you to magically know what seats to sit in etc is terrible customer service.
We have sent an email in request for a refund more than a complaint, but we definitely said as to why we were requesting our money back for the seats. We are yet to hear back from them, still awaiting them to contact us and we've been home almost 4 months 👀
@@ourwildestdreams_ Jeeez! You're not the first people I've heard say they're still waiting for a refund for seats. If they're still being pickles, I think you can go through CAA, and they can point you where to go next to get it back. Crossing fingers for you.

We will be in Orlando in September 2025 for 2 weeks, 1 week each at Disney & Universal. We will be staying in Pop Century as you have! Wow what a nightmare of an adventure on the way back. While painful it’s at least a story to tell and memory. For what it’s worth we’re with you on BA, they are terrible, and after a bad experience one way or another every time we used them before, we won’t be going with them again. Look forward to your next vlog. It’s our turn now to going from watching to experiencing for a month trip through all of August :)
Yeah, we have a similar mind set, we always try to find the positive within the negative! We are flying with Virgin in November, so it will be nice for a change. I haven't flown with virgin for over 7 years. A month trip!! That sounds insane, so jealous, you're going to have the best time 💖

We bought so many pins on that trip! It was Courtneys first visit so we just went mad 😅 Dan's always suffering in the heat 😅😅
I know I'm like over a year late, and I am literally 7 mins in but yes... Not imagining it... Customer service outside of the Disney bubble is verrrry different. Studios we got left in a backstage area alone under Rip Ride because the staff member - likely just having a bad day - ushered us in there and pointed before stomping off and it wasn't until another person came out that we were like We're a bit lost sorry... Yeah turned out we needed to go in a lift (disabled access we were told by front desk we couldn't have 🤷♀️) 😂 Once I clicked it stopped bothering me but the difference in nature is huge at first. When we went I worked in front-facing customer service as well so was a bit of a culture shock. Now I just laugh about it 😂 x
I'm glad it's not just us that feels that way 😅 We go back to Orlando because of Disney, so it feels very strange when we are not there.. we are returning to Universal next year, and hopefully, we will have a better experience 👌🥰
So sad the trip is ending!

Our favourite bit of this particular vlog? Or the entire trip? We loved all the new additions to Epcot, especially Moana - The journey of water, Courtney loves guardians and Dan loves eating and drinking 😂😂
