After a night of partying, this was a nice and relaxing way to spend the afternoon!
Nap in the uber to Wied iz-Zurrieq and in about 30 minutes, you're at the point where you can grab a cash ticket for the small boat (takes maybe 12 people?) and tour around the Blue Grotto caves. Boats leave every 15 minutes ish.Swimming in the sea after felt marvelous, and the water is incredibly salty - great for your skin and you can float like its nothing!
Note you can't jump in from the tour boat but we did see private boats with people that were snorkeling near the entrances. I found out (too late) afterwards that there is a great scuba site from this point!
