Do you think the company will accept me if i have 4 grade 5s inc math n english and 1 grade 4 and their requirement is 5 gcses at grade 5+ and A levels at BCC which i do have. I have a valid reason for gcses as i moved to the UK in year 10 end and it was hard to catch up

I have to disagree on your LinkedIn point. Recruiters often email interview or assessment center invites from their work email, which usually includes their name or is signed off with their name. Before my Siemens interview, I connected in LinkedIn with everyone on the "invite list" for the Google meeting and asked them some nice fancy questions beforehand. This helped me start some cool conversations during the interview. So rarely LinkedIn can be really helpful

I would say lucas one is better as he shows enthusiasm which is something assessors will probs look for to show them as being more motivated/ambitious, Abdullah has really good clarity in his answer and it's an answer which didn't just go from one ear and out the other and he shows genuine intrest

Hello The Insider. An excellent video, a lot of useful information. Just a few questions for you or anyone here. 1) In general, are A level grades required to get degree apprenticeships lower/same/higher comparing to standard top rated aeronautics universities (like Cambridge, Bristol, Bath ..)? 2) Do degree apprenticeship students study together with non-apprenticeship students or they are separated? Are the courses the same? 3) What is a typical period students have to commit to work for those companies after graduation? Thank you.

Thank you so much for this video. After an absolute disaster my first time round, I was able to understand the assessment games thanks to your advice and just completed one with a perfect score. Hoping to apply this knowledge to harder assessments in the future since this one only featured three games. These were Emotions and Security/Safe (for which I recommend your guides) as well as a new one called Order. In this, you have to complete sequences of different shapes on a 3x3 grid - you can place each shape and change size, orientation and colour. On my report, this measured "how you identify patterns and rules". I assume this is a new addition, so putting this here for others to see. My advice would be to look at each small shape and see how it changes rather than seeing the whole thing as one - though I've only done this once, so if more expert advice contradicts, go with that. I'd also like to thank you on behalf of the neurodivergent community - these assessments have been difficult and distressing for a lot of us, some even believing they were designed to filter us out. Unfortunately there's no getting around their existence, so having clear and logical guides like this is very helpful. Will be recommending your material to anyone I encounter in a similar situation.
