Thanks for sharing, my chevy malibu 2009 headlight(low beam) keeps on bugging me for months now. I have replaced the bulb 3 times and now I know why.

Sadly tent foam broke. I’m not sure they stand behind it when it’s still a crappy battery cover and breaks again and now my foam is Broke again

NEVER disable a safety device, daytime running lights, that's foolish and dangerous. The problem can be easily fixed by replacing the plastic connector with a CERAMIC one.

Thank you for sharing. We had two headsets for our 2020 Pacifica and both doors broke almost consecutively. I'm emailing now.

This video looks to be very informative, except it seems that when you contact hpservice, in the email you get back, it states you have to be original vehicle owner. I purchased my vehicle certified pre-owned, only being a year old and I don't believe they will cover mine. I requested if I could purchase them, but have not heard anything back. I did provide all the requested info when I sent email back.

I'm about to replace the entire headlight assembly because of this and moisture in the housing. I can't find the right bulb number for the side marker bulb, Not the turn signal bulb. Thanks.

Ill never buy a chevy/Gm product again. I changed bulbs over 30 times.

I would have to get my replaced sometimes every month at Walmart because it was the cheapest otherwise it cost me like 60 bucks this sucks there should be a lawsuit or like some of the saying a recall and put this proper wiring system in because it’s obviously faulty from the factory.

I followed this in June and they sent me two replacement doors and an extra set of headphones. Well, the second battery door broke today. not sure if it's the second original pair that broke or if it was the replaced door that broke. So it looks like these doors only last between 6 and 12 months. My boys take pretty good care of these. The spring inside is just too strong for the door and the plastic snaps. Looks exactly like what you have in your video. Question though, has anyone had to do the warranty claim more than once? I just got my pacifica last year and already two breaks. I'm now out of spare doors, so after the next one breaks, I'll need to do another warranty claim.
