After having the CLASSIC and the Slash VICTORIA, which do you prefer?
I prefer the Slash Victoria more since it's a Slash release and I like goldtops more than the Honeyburst. I am just basing my preference by looks. Tone wise, I cannot hear any difference. Both guitar necks feels fine to me.

You guys need to know and remember Stradlin was never a pure out rhythm guitarist in the traditional sense. First off, he did the first solo in Nightrain and all the solos in Think About You. (Maybe more) Second, when they both played the chords in the songs Izzy would normally just use voicings of those chords and inversions so that it wouldn’t sound just like one guitar being doubled in the studio or live. As far as Slash is concerned, Slash actually never wanted Izzy in the band or felt a need for a second guitar but the story goes that when Slash heard Axl sing on a demo tape (from Hollywood Rose) Slash said «that is our guy, we need to get that guy in our band» and at some point Axl said (I think to Slash) «Izzy goes where I go. If I join this band Izzy is coming along too» [paraphrased]
