They terrain textures look here quiet good like in fs9 better than fs2000-2002 just look well I used their ground textures in fsx as a separate add on just rename ground texture files found in main texture folder according to fsx format !

There was a book given with the CD. It had names and photos of different aircraft with the armament and other details. Also dogfight maneuvers.

Man, I played this tons back in 1999/2000 - anyone remember the Bern to Lucerne run ? You had to type 'bombs away' back then cos we didn't have real ones in the game !

Gosh the flood of memories here; you have no idea how many hours I played this game and with add-ons to squeeze the hell out of it.

I miss playing this game. I spent hours in the evening after school flying around. I wish we had a modern WW2 flight sim. Imagine Ace Combat but with WW2 planes.

Excellent game for that era. I played for many hours. You needed a joystick for dogfights.

Back in 1999 I bought in Costco a combo with this game, the normal Flight Simulator and a the Joystick from Microsoft, I had lot’s of fun for years!! Best ever spent money 😂😂😂

The first flight sim I ever played. Dad had it loaded on the home PC and used to show me how to use the joystick. My favorite airplane was the Bf109 F model

Spray and pray?

I love the shooting down bombers levels, fly in behind them slow down to nearly stall aand turkey shoot, you will get a few at a time even if it takes a minute for them to crash

Well too much easy!! Not very real, i like it anyway white and black...

multiplayer had no cheat protection. people would edit the game files with notepad to add a shit load of guns on one plane.

When games came with 1 inch thick books. oh the happy days.. those frame rates and pop-ins didnt exist back then thankfully when 4k meant memory and not resolution : )
