How to connect solar charge controller.
Connect the Battery to the Charge Controller:
Positive Terminal: First, connect the positive (red) wire from the battery to the positive terminal on the charge controller.
Negative Terminal: Then, connect the negative (black) wire from the battery to the negative terminal on the charge controller.
Note: The battery should always be connected first before the solar panels to avoid possible damage to the controller.

PWM solarni kontroler nije smeće i ima velike prednosti u odnosu na vaš kontroler. Evo ti primera. U blizini moje kuće ima nekoliko stubova za struju i drvo. Svaki put kad imam senku na neku panelu. Ako tu stavim tvoj MPPT kontroler i paneli se povežu u seriju, neće raditi, ali ovako svaki pojedinačno paralelno radi odlično. Dakle, PWM kontroler je odličan. MPPT smeće od kontroler

Why not use 100amps+ relays?
The relay is much slower compared to the MOSFET
Not working because melting down in 80amp PCB and connector and not used in the end of video just heatsink 😂
From what I can see, he used pretty thick cables. The cooling seems to be sufficient, but adding a cooler would definitely help. That said, it’s still working just fine without any issues!

0:25 That blue component is not a "30pf capacitor", it's DB3 DIAC. A DIAC is a bi-directional trigger diode,in this case a DB3 which has a triggervoltage between 28-36V depending on the type of DB3 you use. If you don't know the parts you are using, stop playing the big teacher and spreading disinformation !

Pathetic, anyone giving praise is even more naive than the author. The reason he’s using such a small current draw is because if he exceeds the current of one single mosfet the entire array will catch fire one by one.
It was very realistic to write a 100 amp header and use a 0.1 amp case fan for testing. We are all retarded, you are smart.

Your soldering was giving me a migraine. Dude you really need to watch a few RUclips vids on soldering. Also, at the very least, please explain why you did this work .
I've got a similar charge controller and it gets very hot even when the solar is only 1 amp! I opened it up to look and it was clear one of the MOSFETs was overheating as the thermal tape was a bit bubbly. The soldering looks ok on the back of the board but the pins push through to the other side and only some of them are soldered at all? The hot MOSFET has a dry joint on that side so probably the cause of the problem. I can resolder that but shouldn't all the other pins be soldered too? It's a double layer board. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

after ive done a little more research ive found the board will actually support up to 40 amps max but u need to change the coils. the reason he used that many of these irf is cause those others will act as a buffer for huge spike on the amp and cause these chinese irf are in accurate, 3 quality mosfets with 60v30A is morethan sufficient for this, ive done a esp32version this and that had a close enough gain....but this chinese made mppt has a 10 watt wasted energy which isnt bad this build is borderline safe aslong as u dont go beyond 40amps
Test with small fan ? Why not measure with 100A load?
how many watts are used on 24v solar panels
pwm just lower voltage and keep same amp. 50v 100a is stepped down to 12/24 and still 100a
